Mohave County Pools and Spas - Lake Havasu City, AZ
July 25, 2007
Mohave County Pools ans Spas of Lake Havasu City Arizona is a big mistake. Do yourself a favor, don't choose them. Their management is terrible, they have had changes in the office and they are horrible. Poor follow up, you nearly have to pull teeth in order to get any updates out of them. They haven't made any schedule or deadline that they have promised and are three months behind schedule on the build of our pool. Our backyard does not match the pictures. Thank goodness we have been there to babysit them most of the time ... read full review »

Hollywood Video - San Francisco, CA
July 25, 2007
Today I received a message from Hollywood Video with two telephone numbers to call, but no particular person who would take care of this. I am hoping we can get somebody to help her get the money they owe her. Thank you. Hollywood Video 3150 California Street San Francisco CA My 18-year-old daughter worked at Hollywood Video last year, and when she left they owed her about $300. Because she did not receive the check before it expired, she asked the store manager to help her get the salary due to her. She was told she had to ask... read full review »

Universal Studios Theme Parks - Orlando, Florida
July 25, 2007
On Saturday, July 21, 2007 I purchased five adult and one child passes for both Universal Theme Parks in Orlando, Florida for one day. The cost of these passes was 475.00. The parks were advertised as being open from 0900 hours until 2200 hours. No one told me that one park was closing at 1900 hours and that the other park would partially close at the same time. This was being done to accommodate a private party for Microsoft Corporation. I'm sure that I wasn't the only person to be inconvenienced by the early closing. I have been to... read full review »

Dancing Bear Saloon / Red Cove Cafe
July 25, 2007
I live by Medina Lake in Texas. I noticed that none of the foodservice people in this area know anything about sanitation. For example, none of the cooks wear hats or hair nets. I noticed this at several facilities. For example, I noticed this at the Dancing Bear Saloon and the Red Cove Cafe/Marina. read full review »

To Whom It May Concern: I've registered to verizon DSL internet connection on July9th and received Verizon DSL installation kit on July 12th. In the evening I tried to install it but not successful. I called customer support and nearly after 1hr finally I could be able to talk to someone. I was told to switch off modem, laptop and restart again, it didn't work, so advised to try after 12hrs. No use. I waited till sunday morning as I was not successful, called them on sunday. One person, jimmy told that they'll be sending a... read full review »

USAMedz
July 25, 2007
Stay away from the web-site USAMedz. For over two month I've been trying to receive the medication that I paid for but never received. Their on-line Customer Service is a sham, I waited for over an hour for a representative to answer and when no one answered, I've left countless emails and received the same information that "Some one will contact me within 48 hours". USAMedz has a wonderful looking web-site but is as bogus as the day is long. read full review »

Corel Knockout2
July 25, 2007
I recently purchased Corel Knockout2 at a retail store ($99.99). The minimum requirements on the outside of the box stated the program would run on Mac OS X, and Adobe Photoshop 5 or higher. The package was printed in Aug 2006. After opening the box and reading the readme file on the disk I saw that it would work only on Mac OS X.3, not the current OS x.4.9, the current version and Photoshop 5, 6, or 7, not the current CS2 or CS3. After spending 4 hours trying to email Corel from their website (didn't work), and spending over an hour on... read full review »

America Servicing Corp
July 25, 2007
There is no coincidence when this many people start complaining. So what if the loans are subprime, Wells Fargo, as the investor, should still insist on workouts with Consumers, especially knowing full well industry conditions. Wells Fargo has a history of bad business practices, cleaned up their act once, now appear to be getting back into old habits. To the public, they look like Washington Mutual and Beneficial Finance rolled into one. How long is Government going to stand by and let these Big Boys abuse consumers. I say, "the bigger they are, the harder they fall." read full review »

Fluff-n-puff Cattery
July 25, 2007
I am outraged. Three years ago after losing our beautiful blue point Himalayan, Timugen, to PKD (polycystic kidney disease). We went looking for another kitten to keep Timugen's brother company. We researched many different catteries online, looking for one that tested for pkd. We found Fluff-n-Puff in New Jersey and drove down to see her kittens. We fell in love with a little bluepoint male and took him home that day. It must be noted, I asked several times if she tested her cats for pkd and each time she replied that all of her cat... read full review »

Churches Chicken
July 25, 2007
We have always preferred Churches Chicken over other fast food chicken vendors, but the only Churches Chicken franchise in Las Cruces, NM is awful. We stopped by on Wednesday, July 25th right after 05:00 p.m. and ordered to go. We should have looked at the chicken before we drove off. It clearly had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. The chicken was so tough, it was similar to eating jerky. The bread was more like a cracker. I don't know if complaining will do any good, but we will be reluctant to purchase anything from Churches Chicken in the future. read full review »

California Insurance Commission
July 25, 2007
I understood the Insurance Commission was to assure the consumer that the insurance companies were in compliance with the state insurance regulations and that they would investigate any and all credible and valid complaints made by a consumer. Is this a correct understanding of their role? I ask this because starting back in March 2006 my home owners and rental insurance carrier made mistakes on my account causing them to all be cancelled - they had all been paid in full for the year on time and to the broker in person. The mistake seemed... read full review »

July 25, 2007
I had purchased a Condo with Suntrust Mortgage Inc. and part of my closing fees, that I paid, was to settle my outstanding accounts of $178.00 paid to Sprint PCS Collection to Calvary Portfolio Service. That was last month June 25,2007. I applied recently for a credit card with Suntrust Bank and was denied. The reason was that I have still an outstanding balance according to Experidian. Barry Herman Entertainment / DJ
July 25, 2007
Hired a DJ through this entertainment company and was very unhappy with the service. I sent a letter to the company addressing my various grievances. After more than one month I received a letter in reply in which the DJ outright lied about music he played and things that my husband never said to him. I have video tape of the whole wedding. Moreover, he had the audacity to lie in front of a room partly filled with police officers. When I asked to speak to the owner conveniently he was away, I doubt if I will ever be able to reach him. Ritz-Carlton
July 25, 2007
My friends and I attended the Chocolate Buffet. I have to say that I was disappointed. I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton. Our waitress was very nice, but after our first drink order, she disappeared. After using the buffet once, the trays were empty. They were not replaced or refilled to keep up with the number of people who were using the Chocolate Buffet. We had to stand in line for twenty minutes waiting to have a crepe made, or should I say reheated, as they were not made fresh as I would expect from the Ritz. I definitely would not recommend your Chocolate Buffet to anyone. read full review »

Last Friday I purchased 2 pieces of luggage from JC Penney from "Liz & Co" which is apparently a Liz Clairborne "licensee" company called Banda nco. It was a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday as she was taking her first trip alone and was going to Scotland. Hardees - Rushville, IL
July 24, 2007
I was in the Hardees in Rushville, IL yesterday and it was so hot in there we had to leave. I was told the air conditioner had been broken for approximately a week. It could not be fixed because the person in charge was on vacation and no one else was authorized to call for repair. It would not be fixed until this person returned. This is too stupid for words. Someone should be appointed to handle emergencies in the absence of boss, manager, etc. I live in Rushville, but I won't return until cool weather, if then. This is outrageous and no way to run a business. read full review »

July 24, 2007
I wanted to start an email to warn people of DirectBuy, and how they conduct business. My husband and I are new-ish members, and have signed up for the initial membership of two years, wanting to renovate parts of our home. In the year and a half so far, we’ve gotten nothing but hassle. First and foremost, most of the staff who work there have no idea what they’re doing.
