This company was hired to install Granicrete countertops in our kitchen and bathroom in January 2010. They were not trained by Granicrete and were purchasing the product through a 'friend'. The work done on our countertops is sub-standard, as confirmed by a Granicrete installer who has since come to look at it. I had called and cancelled my purchase almost instantly after making it. I realized it was very stupid. Samsung Electric Range FTQ386LWX. Original price $1699 purchased at Sears. The convection fans stopped working within 3 months. Waiting for over 3 weeks for parts that were supposed be a rush order. Now the stove takes 30 minutes to get up to temperature and then fluctuates up to 100 degrees. I used the steam clean feature and small pieces of metal are falling off the oven walls. First, we keep a well stocked freezer of these pizza's for our Saturday night I don't have to cook night. The boxes which are bulky are recycled and the pizzas freeze in their plastic. First off, I would like to say Sutherland Models is NOT a scam, but it is however, a rip off. They accept ANYONE, even if your as tall as a metre stick, if you have money. You pay $997, plus a $200 deposit to hold your spot in their modelling program for teens. You have to pay more for your comp photos, which cost about $100 for 2 prints. I had ordered a black cooffe and bagle at a Tim Hotons' Drive thru on Herring Cove Road @ 4:45 pm on Sunday March 21, 2010. I had 6 specialty windows (3 panes of glass) installed in March of 2008. I am still trying to get the two that aren't made right replaced. There is a large space at the top where the sash meets the frame. The cold wind comes in so bad that we had to pack the window to keep the cold out in winter. Hello I live in Nanaimo BC Canada. My father passed away unexpectedly on Dec 1, 2009. I contacted his Sears Mastercard account right away and sent his death certificate to them promptly. When they sent a bill to his estate for$4522 I told them he died with only debt. They were very specific that they needed an official notarized signed letter stating this fact.
