Hello I am Kranthi and I am pre-paid customer for Airtel. From March 30th 2007 onwards I am facing recharge problem. I went for easy recharge of RC 150 for my mobile. Every time only one message - "Recharge not successful on your mobile. Transaction ID Date". From March 30th onwards I am calling customer service executives to know that what could be the problem. I got a Advt SMS from Hutch on 18-Apr-2007 recharge with Rs 221 and get talk time of Rs 221 with 0 validity. I did recharge immediately through my icici bank account my transaction ID is 32254492 but it get recharged only for RS 60 . I tried my best to contact customer care using 111 bt in vain. I had HDFC Credit Card some 2-3 years back. I cancelled the card as didn't need to pay the yearly charges that they had put on my card and i had another card free of annual charges... but HDFC Credit Card guys keep calling me and keep telling that i have some amount due to pay which is so ridiculous as never made any purchase... This is the second time happened to me since I am in Chennai. I asked the dealer to recharge the STD account with amount of 225 but he recharged 225 in the ISD account. The ISD is not used by most of the people like me and it becomes useless. I don't think this will be done by mistake for the second time and it seems to be some conspiracy by Reliance Infocomm. The Service dealer in Secunderabad is not taking any interest in changing the parts of my TV's Woofer system since last 1 year. When we make call to the people they will slip from the subject with one or the other reason. I was a customer of TataIndicom for approximately 8 months however their product - 256kbps (1GB Cap) went from bad to worse within the last 4 months. First there were frequent disconnections (not due to billing), the reason provided later was that the lines were being cut by dissatisfied/disgruntled Distributors. It is very unfortunate that the company that claims to be the best responsive telecom company infact seem to be too deficient in providing services. Instead of solving the problems faced by the customers, they are rude and argue with them. Kindly train your people to be courteous to the customer. If you are planning to buy a car in true value please check everything (price, Car condition (mechanic, body rust, Whether it is accident vehicle, Battery is good are make up)... If you are not doing so you will held up paying around 8 ~ 10 K Per month just for maintenance. I fed up with this. Hi, I would like to raise the complaint against Mahesh Travels, Belgaum- I have booked the ticket from Hegde Travel agency, Goaves, Belgaum on 12th May, Date of journey was on 15th May, Departure time was at 7.30 from Goaves and 8.45 from Triveni. My car met with an accident in which its headlight broke so i took it to the company service centre as it would help me to settle my insurance claim, they repair all the other parts but were unable to get the headlights as they were electronic and were out of stocks after few days i took the delivery of the car but they gave me ordinary headlights and said they had given the order to the company for electronic headlights, after nearly 2 months of pursuance i am unable to get the headlights and my insurance claim is still pending. Airtel services in Goa have really become pathetic. Specially the GPRS service. Airtel claims to provide EDGE GPRS service in Goa. which as per claims is supposed to give you a connection speed of 256 KBPS. Which approximately boils down to a download speed of at least 25-30 KBPS. But I have never ever experienced a speed more than 12 KBPS. and that too that 12KBPS is a speed you will get very very rarely. Most of the time the speed is just around 3-4 KBPS.
