I ordered two sets of Dr. Bader's books that they sale online. They doubled my order. Their program does not allow for confirmation of the order. They then send you a confirmation email with a noreply address. I made the order on a weekend and they could not be contacted. Through my credit card company, I was finally able to contact them on the next business day. I finally received an RMA and a promise for a full refund. The full "refund" was for books they kept the Shipping and handling which was almost as much as the books. These people are scam artist.
