I have been a card holder of Emerge (through various buyouts) since 1992. I have never had a late payment. On 11/10/09 made a payment towards my December bill. On December 30, 2009 made another payment. They closed my account saying I was past due from December's payment date. Too bad really. The product appears that it might actually work. The base is a bit flimsy, but is fine unless your cat is 40lbs. Also, the product was delivered in 3 days when the website says 2-6 weeks I think. The offer is Buy 1 get one with a small shipping charge. Lingo is selling "Unlimited" calling plan but they actually lie. They limit the calls to 5000 minutes and on top of it they have hidden residential usage requirement that limits your calling number to 6. However, they have suspended lines of 3, 500+ customers for using over 500 (yes five hundred) minutes leaving them unable to call 911 in case of emergency. They put customers lives in danger. We are really having trouble with this vendor. We ordered a kid's bike for Christmas on 12/15/2009 that was supposed to arrive prior to 12/25/2009. It did not ship until 12/28/2009. Not sure what the other comment could be about. We moved to FXBG in May '09. We rented from Top Choice while working on a more permanent location. Ended up buying a foreclosure rather than building with Top Choice, but actually got insight from them regarding the value and options on that house with only minor work for them. Very responsive landlord and helpful contractor, even when it ended up that we didn't build a home with them. I have been having my dress clothes cleaned at various locations for about 8 years now and haven't had any problems until now. I recently started using Merchant cleaners after moving to this part of town and have since lost two dress shirts in two weeks with tears in the left arm. They claim it's normal wear and tear from me leaning on the elbow but one of the shirts is only months old. It's ironic that both tears are in the left elbow since I am right handed and lean on my right elbow a lot more frequently than my left. When I tried to use VISA gift card it was declined so I ended up putting the whole balance on another card. I ordered the free trial of the Nuage Colon Cleansing product. Within 11 days of using the product, a letter was sent out to NewAge from me cancelling my subscription. Low and behold, they deducted over $89 from my bank account stating that they never received a letter and that letters cannot be used to cancel the subscription. In there terms and conditions they state the company must be contacted within 14 days. It does not say "contact by phone". I had a coupon for $75 for duct cleaning.. As soon as they arrived it was " oh look how dirty your furnace is... " and gave me a $400 estimate to clean it. This post office (Kensington station in Brooklyn, NY) has a history of having poor service. For example, they can keep you waiting in line for over an hour even when it is not in a busy mailing season/time. People just end up go to other post office to get faster service. We contracted this organization on December 7th, 2009 to file articles of incorporation for us in the state of Wyoming. On December 9th, 2009 they charged our credit card, in full for the services. They promised the articles would take 5-7 business days to complete and send out to us. We have made over 20 phone calls to this company and spoken to several employees to find out where our paperwork is and when we can expect to receive the articles.
