I try to avoid Alaska, sometimes at considerable cost, just to avoid the unsupervised and rude gate agents in Helena, MT. They seem like real nice people. But the support is bad. Start with no parts or service manual. The guy Paul Davis does not know very much about making bio-diesel unless it's very low ffa. I bought a Ridgid Lithium Ion drill less that a year ago. Loved the drill, used it sparingly, now all of a sudden it has all kinds of problems. I tried to take it back to home depot and they tell to take it to a service center over an hour away. I contacted the service center and they tell me there are all kinds of problems with the lithium ion drill and battery. Luckily ridgid has a lifetime service agreement on the drill otherwise it would be tough luck. If anybody is considering buying a Ridgid cordless power tool I would be very reluctant. Fitness 2000 gym facility in Dublin California is digusting the womens shower room and bathroom area is never cleaned and I've told them several times to clean it and I even took pictures to show them so they would see. After several complaints and nothing being done to resolve the problem I decided to cancel my membership. Fitness 2000 continued to bill me after I cancelled my membership in writing. I went in the first week of December to buy more contacts and was told by the technician that the doctor said he wouldn't sell me any contacts since my exam was due at the end of January. I recently purchased a Shield Star Warranty. All was going well until my well pump went bad. It took Shield Star 3 days to send out a technician. After he got there, he called me to inform me that Shield Star would not cover the part. According to the shield star rep, it was do to the placement of the part. I purchased a Sears snowblower model #536881501 on 11-4-05. We do not get much snow where we live and I have only used the snowblower approx. 20 times. Since I am interested in gatting more fiber for my daughter I recently purchased Kraft mac and cheese whole grain version. The price was 30 cents higher per box but hey it was the same box with whole grain so this worth it. When I cooked the box it seemed like there wasn't enough to feed everyone. It turns out that Kraft is using the same size box but puts less pasta in it. So you are no only paying extra for whole grain, you are paying for less pasta.
