Returned a dress 10 minutes after purchase when I found a better dress at Ivory & co. They refused to put the money back on my card and gave me a store credit. It was over $ 300 and when I went back I told them I lost the paper. They remembered me well and had a copy of the store credit receipt and still to this day refuse to give me the credit. Both of these companies have apparently changed names in the one month since I place "free trial" orders.
