We purchased a King Koil Mattress Feb. 17, 2009 from American Freight. At the time of purchase the salesman, Chris Botero assured us of a 20 yr warranty. That was 8 months ago. The mattress we purchased has collapsed on one side. When I reported it to them they informed me the warranty was void because we did not purchase the foundation with it. Bought a Sony MP3 walkman NWZ-W202 from Reliance Digital Gurgaon. After 3-4 days it stopped working, I gave it back to the reliance store, they said that they will forward it to Sony Service center. I purchased my Maytag Dryer Model# MDE4806AYW in Dec. 0f 2005 (less than 4 years ago). 2 days ago is started making a screaching, grinding noise (like metal on metal). I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Sunday (yesterday) afternoon I bought a purse from there and this morning when I brought it to work I noticed that one of the handles was ready to come off. This company, HEAT Automotive, is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I ordered a remanufactured engine and was told it would arrive in 7-10 days. I have been to Quest many times without incident. The staff is usually friendly & efficient. When I went to have bloodwork done a few weeks ago the experience was terrible. Every easy-bill outlet has the offered product whose expiray date is of 2007. This offer is valid from 10th OCt'09 to 30th OCt'09.
