These people are charging back to credit cards without autorization. I have had them take about $100 so far. they need to be stopeed from charging back, period unless they reveal before hand what there intentions are. I was not aware that by giving out my card number for a $1.95 shipping fee they would illegally start charging $49.84 monthly and they need to be confronted about this. I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less. After having my broadband disconnected due to a relocation I was told by Optus that I could still access my Optusnet account for 90 days (read only) could not send. After 6 days the access was totally cut off and despite calling them I was advised nothing could be done about it once the service was stopped by them.
