INFOCALL, LLC
Dbas October 20, 2009
I noticed higher than normal ATT phone bills so I called ATT to inquire. Apparently a company called InfoCall had charged three months worth of service charges to my ATT phone bill. I didn't even know who the heck InfoCall was?! The ATT rep told me they would put a block on future charges to my bill and reverse those that I was billed for. In order to cancel InfoCall service, however, I'd need to call InfoCall directly. I called InfoCall and asked the rep who they were, how they got my info, and why they were charging me for their... read full review »

PDMI
sweetellery October 20, 2009
Was told that the debt consolidation was guaranteed and I wanted to go on-line and check it out and Jon Taylor from PDMI told me that I couldnt do that I had to sign up right now. After doing so I went on-line and found out it was a fraud so I called to cancel within a half an hour and the phone number I called I could only get an anwsering service. I do not want the service and now I cant cancel this. I called the credit card company and they stated they would dispute the charge and not pay it, but I want PDMI to remove the charge and not force people to do this. read full review »

Warranty America/American Auto Shield
rnvball October 20, 2009
I purchased a warranty from this company a few years back. The salepeople tell you one thing about the warranty to get youto purchase it. However, they DO NOT go into detail on what the warranty actually covers. I have used this warranty on numerous occassions, and each time the company comes up with a reason of why the part/service is not covered completely or not at all. I end up paying on the average $100 more than my deductible each and every time. Their claims department can do nothing but refer to the balck and white in the contract that... read full review »

I have also become the latest victim of this scam. My daughter wanted the teeth whiteners on the free trial offer as long as you paid freight. This amounted to AU $17.84 (22.09.09)from Healthsmile and AU $11.92 (22.09.09)from Idolwhite. Both products arrived and were sent via a company called Just Think Media, PO Box 4440, Milperra BC NSW 1891. 2 weeks later my credit card is charged AU $118.00 (06.10.09) from Idolwhite and then a week later (13.10.09) charged AU $99.79 fro Ultifreshwell and then again on the 20.10.09 a further AU... read full review »

I was being charged $12.95/month on my AT&T phone bill through OAN Services for an account with adigitalvillage.com which I never signed up for. I called OAN and they put me through to A Digital Village to cancel my account. I cancelled it and I also called AT&T and they agreed to reverse the charges. But, on my next bill, the refund was there and then I was charged again for $12.95 for adigitalvillage.com. www.gamepal.com is a big load of crap. About 6 months ago I sold 2 high level World of Warcraft characters to the site for 100$ and followed everything they said exactly. They said to expect payment within the next 73 hours to my paypal account. After waiting a week I went onto the site and contacted them telling them that I still haven't received payment. They said to be patient. I waited 2 more weeks and contacted them again. They claim to not have not ever had made a deal with me even when I sent my account submission ID and proof of transaction. Of course I knew that I would probably have some problems with this site. If it sounds too good to be true... Green Bay Gold's is a disgrace to this fine community. They moved into Green Bay in May 2008. British Airways charged me a fee for rebooking flights. The flights were connecting in Heathrow, but due to BA's lack of providing the right connection time, I missed my plane and so they charged me 90£ for booking a new flight. After talking to a costumer relations-representative, at first I thought well, I'm getting a refund. Then suddenly he started refusing "liability" and kept apologizing. Dead end. Do not fly with this company, they're rude, incompetent and the level of service provided at any given time is flat out pathetic. Be warned. read full review »
