I'm adding my complaint to the list. After receiving the 'auto-shipment' and calling for a return authorization number, I was told that I wasn't eligible for a refund. The 'trial' shipment that I received did not contain this sheet with their return policy in a large and bold font. Their auctions are a complete farce! They blatantly lie. 90% of the auctioned properties are not sold. There is a secret 'reserve price', so the opening bid they advertise does not matter at all.
