I've sent several emails over the last few days asking for a refund. The information on the website makes it sound like a refund will be made if you are not pleased with the program. Hotwire refuses to refund the money to me because they are "waiting" for the airline to provide the check number of the refund. I was extremely annoyed to find that blue mountain had taken a years subscription from my account without my authorisation. I was completely unaware of any renewal agreement. I asked for the account to be closed immediately and that the money taken would be refunded. They closed the account but ignored the refund.
