The sun direct services are worst in bangalore. We get on the tv screen that there needs to be some fix in our dish antenna. The service is to be provided free of cost. On July 10, 2006 we ordered a replacement receiver due to issues with the original. We were told we could install it ourselves, but elected to pay the fee to have it done by a professional technician. The earliest date for installation was 8 days later. An apology for the "unusual long wait" was blamed on recent rain causing service calls to be backed up. This company runs the classic moving scam - they quoted us $750 for a one-bedroom move from Vancouver to Toronto. The front end customer service was great. Things quickly go downhill once they have your stuff, however. We ended up paying $2500 (Capital would not release out belongings until we paid in full), our delivery was over three weeks late and a lot of our stuff was badly damaged (no compensation, as their contracts have fine print that makes the deductable consistently higher than the value of goods). I own a landscaping company in Dallas Area. I maintenance Exxon accounts through Level 1 Maintenance. They called me out to fix a sprinkler head and turn the water off. I get out there, and it is a busted pipe. I gave them a price on fixing it. They did not like my price, so they had someone else fix it; but they refuse to pay a service fee for me coming out and getting the water turned off by the city, and finding out where the water was coming from. I am looking for advice or attorneys with experience in arbitration or litigation against a major investment broker who has purposefully not attended to my account, incurring extreme losses. I did not ask for a debit card from them. I tried emailing & calling to tell them I did not order this. When promoted I had to put in the card number in order to speak to anyone which was a sneaky way of getting me to activate card. Each time I called the number it told me to to talk to customer service it charged me an enormous fee and no one would ever answer and I emailed them also which said it would take 24-48 hours for an answer and they never responded and it has been over a week. Was quoted $307 for both truck $ tow dolly over the phone- the reason I went with Budget. Upon pickup I was charged $600 dollars. Purchased Battery for riding mower in late January 2008 which supposedly carried a 3 year warranty. I was advised by merchant to take battery out of mower until mowing season which would lengthen life of battery (my last battery lasted 3 years leaving it in the mower). On a weak moment, I wanted to check arrest records of two individuals and marriage and divorce records of another individual. I was informed they had no record of the arrests.. I went to the local police station and acquired a free coy of the arrest record. The marriage and divorce record I was looking for, I know to be on record at the county court house.
