Orange Broadband falls over at least once a month. Every time we try to get it fixed, Orange tell us it is our router. Each time, it is the network. When we try to talk to customer service, they blame everyone else, tell us we must wait for a line test and refuse to escalate the problem. When the lamp arrived it looked really cheap and I read the return policy and found out I could return the item for a full refund. I sent the lamp back on 4-27-07. On 5-24-07 I called and spoke with a guy and he said he would send my information to the credit dept. On the 10th of June 2009, the main member was hospitalised. The hospital will not admit a patient without full payment being made up front for which a credit card transaction was made. When contacted, the medical aid indicated that the amount was fully refundable. I like the whole unlimited tanning for a single price a month, but the idea of giving them my credit card in order to do so is what I hate. Difficulty Cancelling service. TW refused to cancel service, due to my not knowing a PIN number (which I am sure was never provided) or the exact date and amount of my last payment (which is auto drafted). They will not allow cancellation online (where I can log in with my username and a password (which is NOT the same as this PIN number they want). I know my name, account number, address. I was placing an order then afterwards on the same call needed to cancel due to some of the terms and was placed in a Que for over 50 minutes with no answer. Put in a complaint against a doctor, all negative marks and a detailed summary. Went to submit and the complaint is gone. I am guessing that like most complaint services anything negative is quickly trashed. So I redid the complaint and the exact same thing happened. Emailed vitals and they would not respond.
