We invested with UBS many years ago. They totally mismanaged our account, but refused to make things right. We fought them in arbitration and in the courts for 10 years, and lost. It's not easy fighting a bully. They had our portfolio 90% invested in Worldcom and other tech stocks, even after we retired and needed safer investments. They just kept saying "don't sell, buy more, it will go back up. It went from $95 per share to bankruptcy. Even when it hit $5, they said to buy more. We never even received an apology. MSEB is the worst electricity board I have ever seen. I am fed up with daily 6 hours powert cut in our area (Dombivli, MIDC). I have lots of example in our area where people steal power and the in one example they don't have a connection since last 12 years, and using the power like anything throughout day and night. My refrigerator has been out of order since sunday july 9, 2006. I called the work ticket number 718-707-7771. I filed the complaint on monday july 7, 2006 the maintenace worker came by and told me the freezer had too much ice and to defrost it for 24 hours by leaving the freezer door open. I had to take all of my meat to my neighbor and leave my milk, eggs etc in the frigerator. The maitenance worker said that the food in the frigerator would be ok as long as i left the door open. Date is inappropriate. Anyway, for years the Canon drivers for their canoscan Lide scanners are terrible. Won't scan, if they do it's slow, often crash, at best get 2 scans before requiring a restart of the computer. I had to pay an extra $40 for a third party scan software (vuescan.) I purchased from Menards a mastercraft door. I since, learned that Mastercraft is owned by Menards. Door was installed in December 2009.
