I phoned Telewest about 2 months ago to get a phone line installed. I then had to wait a few days to get the technician. I had to take a day off from work to be there, only to be told that he can't install the line because the phone line has to be connected to the line/cable underneath the road and that the road was too busy. The owner Ro Pettiner charged me for photo shoots, training and comp cards. The breakdown on the cost, 750.00 for each photo shoot, 300.00 for comp cards the rest training. I had order a product online about a month ago and have returned everything back, now I am getting charges and things in the mail that I did not sign up for. This company used telemarketing to contact our company and used high pressure sales to get us to spend over $5000 and a fake GURANTEEED first page ranking above some negative listings that we had, DO NOT LISTEN.
