ordered a free trial bottle of Extreme AcaiBerry to try then received another bottle 2 weeks later without ordering it. When I called the company I was told that I am being charged for the bottles because I didn't cancel within 2 weeks if I didn't want to continue receiving it. I was told that I could not send the unused bottle back, the only thing they could do was to cancel my order but I was still responsible for the charge. I saw no clause stating that I needed to cancel within 2 weeks if I didn't want to continue using the product as the representative stated was in the ad. read full review »

I visited the Heath, Ohio Tumbleweed Restaurant approximately 4 weeks ago approximately on 6-1-07. I went there with my son. I asked the waitress for their closest's salad that would compare to a tossed salad. She recommended their wedge salad. To my suprise, she brought out a slice of a salad head and cheese on top. I asked her about the toppings and she said that was all that the salad would have on it. I asked for onion and she finally brought out a few onion slices. Acai Pro Detox
I paid $5.95 for a free trial of Acai Pro Detox on 9/14/09. I called on 9/25 to cancel and got an answering machine. I left my info and then sent an email via a link in their website. No one ever called and the email came back undeliverable. I called 4 more times, 3 before and 1 on the 28th(the 14th day) of Sep and once after. I also sent 3 more emails all of which were returned. I test drove a vehicle and it had a tire sensor fault light on. I mentioned it to the employee and he told me that it was a reset issue when they changed the tires. He pushed the reset button and the light went off. I also mentioned about some rust found under the seats. He said it wasn't a problem and it would be taken care of. I researched different perfume companies in order to purchase Paris perfume by Yves St. Laurent at the least expensive price for my daughter for Christmas.

This rental service is like RedBox but much worse. The Movie Cube Kiosk went out of order when I tried returning a DVD 2 days after I rented it. I spoke with the grocery store clerk and they said they would handle it and I should come back another day. We had our move this Saturday and I could not believe what happened. First of all Daniel (the lead) comes in with all this paperwork and shows me all these additional packing charges. While yes I do see there may be additional packing material charges I had no idea until my stuff was held hostage that tape and shrink wrap would cost over 1000.00 and be nearly half the bill. I purchased a front loading samsung washer and dryer in December from lowes and by may 25 th the washer has already stopped working. First the door locked and wouldn't unlock so my laundry was stuck and soured. Now it is completely unusable and it has been 30 days and 2 unsuccessful service calls with no good replacement parts. In error I had put my company name as the complaint.
My complaint is with HCC Surety Group in Los Angeles, if you are a contractor stay clear of this company, their investigators may be out of college but they do not have a clue of how the construction industry works.
They are trained to look at license violations and not defense evidence, the gal that had my case did not know what stamped concrete was "BEWARE"
She was biased with the homeowner and their legal team is unafraid to outright lie about the circumstances.

To start, I couldnt get a direct answer from ANYONE for a phone number for this company. I kept getting people i couldnt understand and i was continued to be put on hold for long periods at a time. I had a 2002 Nissan Sentra. The engine light went on when I went over 50k miles, which made it impossible to get a state inspection. So I brought it to Michael Jordan Nissan and paid over $350 for a rear O2 sensor. Later I found the part online for $118. The engine light remained on and I was told that I had to drive for 75-150 miles to 'recycle' the ECM.

I would really like and explanation to a rejection of your own counter offer. I have never heard of such a thing! The store at 200 South Locust was a former Eagles store. Last year when Eagles went bankrupt, Hy-Vee purchased the store. They said at the time that they were going to remodel the store and open it in a few months. That was over a year ago. Then a couple months ago they said they were going to tear the store down, put a new building up as well as a gas station. Aside from a Hy-Vee coming soon sign nothing has happened.
