I had the same problem with cancelling and getting a refund for a membership I did not subscribe to. When I called to check status of my refund the agent informed me the company was not the same as the company I received Resveratrol . My refund was being processed for the Resveratrol. I have two unauthorised debits of my account for $47.00 US, which adds up to over $67.00 AUS. I have absolutley no idea who CPI Pay are and why they are withdrawing money out my account. Should have checked the addy out, that way we would have seen that the address goes to a UPS store. Just an hour ago I ordered a trail bottle of Ultra Acai Berry tablets. I was only supposed to pay only $4.95 for shipping. I gave them my credit card number and waited for my receit to appear.
