I used Lulu twice. Once on a do-it- yourself project and one where I paid for professional services. I had no problems at all for my do-it- yourself project but a completely different story for the professional services. I spend over $500 for professional services. I did not receive my full services and have spent months submitting and resubmitting help desk tickets to get this matter resolved. Nothing! Crickets CS is a complete sham, first I had them incorrectly bill me, then when I called and over 10 phone calls later, they said they were sorry and would adjust the bill. They steal housing listings from free classified sites like Craigslist, Kijiji, local newspapers and so on, dump them into a database, and charge apartment hunters $100 ($75 in Victoria BC) to search this database for a couple of months. Rental Guide does NOT ask permission of any of the landlords and property management companies who originally posted the ads on free sites. Instaflix and Red Box. Both are in red box kiosks, right? Ad says return your Red Box video to any of 33, 000 red boxes across the country, right? I did that. Only the video went back to red box instead of Instaflix. I found through CSR that they return the videos to each other within a week of mixup, then they charge the customer in my case $32.10. I had a set of dentures done by this doctor. It took 4 months before I received anything from him because they would not fit correctly. I did not need to have ant extractions done because all of my teeth had been removed surgically because I had been hospitalized for infections. Medicaid paid for the work to be done and the told me that I needed to have a dedental surgeon cut down the bone in my gums, but theyade no effort to find one that will ecept my insurance. I simply want to let people know that Sams Club does not stand behind promises that they make concerning warranty service and therefore I would suggest that if you need consumer electronics, buy it from Costco or from Best Buy. I have been trying to re establish my credit. I decided to get a 400.00 MC with HSBS, a Best Buy Rewardzone Mastercard. I have been using it for almost a year. I charge normally small amounts, like gas or groceries, then pay it off mostly or in full when I'm paid each month on the 15th. Once you place you order online, you get numerous sales messages and phone calls. Then you have to duplicate your order, including sensitive info, over the phone. I was then promised a written confirmation that day via email. It took me four phone calls and two weeks to get that confirmation. I was also to receive a free solar light. Never came. Sewer was backing up, called Gillece based on the $99 special... The only good thing was that they didn't charge us for their bogus advice. This company will not sell any repair parts. Things like brushes that wear out and can not be ordered. They instead tell me i will have to order a whole new ridgid k3800 at a cost of 1200$ just because I need a set of 30$ brushes .
