About 3 weeks ago I purchased a car from Larry Spacc GMC in Dunkirk NY. In short, the Retail Installment Contract was signed and all the other paperwork as well. One week later the dealer called me saying that they were not able to sell the contract to a bank but could to another bank if I put $800 more down and raised my interest rate. Once again I am a victime of a mortgage company which has bought mortgage( so they claim) and have passed around so many times no one know who owns the mortgage. Copperfield investments filed for bankruptcy and now Round point mortgage claims they own my mortgage. The mortgage representatives claim they are trying to help you and then they disappear and another representative come on and we start the process from scratch. Century Link has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with . The people I talk to make promises, then when my bill comes it is totally different. I have emailed Century Link, and written letters to their corporate office and all have been ignored. Very unhappy with this company. I was promised to pay no more than $119. a month for business phone and DSL. I have been charged as much as $162, because of their mistakes. I noticed a charge on my bank statement, obviously fruadulent! The amount wasn't huge, but it was still a charge that I did not make. When I called the number associated with this company, I was informed that it would take up to 5 days to correct an credit the amount back to my account. I contracted with Four Elements Landscape and Irrigation in Denver to do several landscaping projects at my home. They did not remove all of the gravel I asked them to and it ended up being strewn across my yard. Also, instead of hauling away dirt they dug up, they shoveled over to a flower bed and buried my flowers. They also left a mess in my yard with left over materials and food wrappers from their lunch. I contacted Wayne McClain to do an emergeny roof patch. he charged me $300. using my tarp & ladder. It failed a week later, on the 1st rain. He convinced me while on the roof at 9pm using a flashlight that I had extensive hail & wind damage and the roof could cave in. I ordered the free trial product 30/4/11. Having received nothing from them by 17/5/11 I rang the customer support . I was told that they had had such a massive response that they had to catch up on a back log and they would reship mine. Still, to this date 15/6/11 I have not received my order. I sent an e mail on two occasions, only to receive a automated response, saying they would contact me. They never have. I refuse to make any more phone calls, especially not knowing how much I am charged per minute.
