I have been trying for weeks to return the nono hair removal system. On 4/22/11 the date stated by the company was the first date I could do an actual request to return, I did. I was told I would get an emal to confirm the return and information regarding the UPS pickup. I didn't. I would suggest NEVER renting an apartment here. While the complex grounds and apartments do look nice, they are shoddily built and not well maintained.
