There are (2) NCIC's in Longview, TX. The good one is on Tyler. The other one...ripoff! I used a payphone at the Flying J truck stop with my debit card. I have a bill for almost $10, 000 and two months later the installation is not completed! They had to cut a piece on sight that did not fit like it should. It chipped and cracked. Instead of replacing it they tried to putty it. This piece became dislodged within two weeks. When the same installers came back and reset it it broke in two places and I can't even get a phone call. I had a new engine installed at Turnpike 6 months ago. A week later, a part that contected to the motor was broke (they failed to tell us that). A month ago 2 injectors went bad and they swore they fixed the problem. I was double charged when I refilled my minutes over the phone. I am now 30 hours into trying to get this resolved and I still have no results. Due to the double charges, I now have a giant amount of overdraft fees as I did not have an extra 46.08 in the account to cover the double charges. Now they will NOT make it right.
