I was under the impression that I had FULL coverage...well, I had an accident, when the rains came down in December. I was exiting off the 22fry, NOT speeding, no one in front of me and no one behind. I had an minor accident - tail light. Insurance paid for damages - Herts still collected Adm fees and others for $200 after getting $450 in damages. Thieves! They were not willing to give Fleet utilization log to the insurance company which was willing to pay the fees provided Hertz could prove the log to prove that they lost revenue due to the damage and had no other cars to rent. However the 3rd brake light I recieved was for the fireBird with the low rise spoiler, hence the 3rd brake light I recieved was not compatible with my unit. I paid a lot of money for a 2006 F-350 XLT diesel truck, I have keep up all the maintenance required for this vehicle. Since I have owned it it has been at the dealer for oil related problems (egr) twice for extended periods. I took my 99' Ford to get a new battery at the 40k on odometer and took to NTB. At the time I didn't realize they hooked up the battery haphazardly, and left the negative terminal loose. After a few week's, I notice an excess of corrosion around the negative terminal with build up of powder. I cleaned the terminal, and left it at that. I was a victim of a scam by United Finance/AIC Kia of Manassas. I came all the way from Baltimore, MD by public transportation to Manassas, VA just to return home the exact same way.
