PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. A young man came in and asked for the keys & went out & turned on car which raised antenna and turned on radio. He drove it in. The antenna broke. After 20 years of servicing my car there, and 1 other antenna incident which they paid for, the manager said the kid probably did not know how to turn it off and the responsibility is mine and refused to pay. read full review »

My drivers side window and passenger side window does not roll down. You can hear the motors going when you press on the button but nothing works. Others seem to have the same issue with both the ford expedition and ford f-150. The issue is said to be failed power window regulators. There is no recall yet but please if you are having this issue call 1-800-392-3673 to file and document a complaint. The more people that do this, the better chances of us getting a recall and receiving reimbursement for fixing this issue. Daughter and 2 year old grandson was driving on the freeway and with no warning the brakes went out and scared them almost to death. I have been having my oil changes with Valvoline since 2007. Everything was going good till they replaced a oil plug in August. They stripped it and then tried not to take liability for it. Because it wasnt on the receipt I was told by them more or less it wouldn't stand up in court. I had to take it to the dealer who had to replace the whole oil pan at 687.00!!! I bought a new Dodge Ram from these people, i also bought an extended warranty that they ran at the same time as the factory warranty so they both expired at the same time, when i called about it they said (that's just the way it is) In addition to this i paid to have leather seat covers installed only to find that there are leather inserts and the back seats contain no leather whatsoever . I have been taking my car to Sears for a couple of years. The slow Customer Service has been getting worse each time. Today when I went to pick up my car, there were 12 people on line to see ONE Customer Rep.
