This company has very deceptive practices. This is my third and last Nissan I will be leasing. I gave this car away on Leasetrader where someone took over the lease. At the end of the lease period, the person that took over the lease extended the contract with his name on it only. Yet it still appeared on my credit report and I got phonecalls from Nissan that my payment was late. A few months ago I began to hear a growing loud exhaust system noise comming from the engine compartment of my 1994 Nissan Sentra XE. What I thought was a blown gasket for the front end of the exhaust pipe turned out to be a complete break in the pipe directlycbehind the front pipe's front flange. This very same pipe was replace by Meinike just over two years ago. An order for car parts was placed on 11/30, RockAuto.coms website advertises 2-3 day delivery via FedEx. According to the tracking information it will not arrive until 12/7, far more than 2-3 days. This is unacceptable - we have customers waiting for a week because of these parts not being delivered in a timely fashion. i used my debit card to pump in petrol and instead of using the outside teminal, i asked the cahier to swipe it inside as it is a a debit card. After filling the gas, i went inside and the cashier rudely told me that if my purchase was less than RM30.00, they wont swipe the card inside as my amount was only RM28.00. i see no sign indicating that and i never encounter such problems with the other petrol stations else where. I would like to complaint about the excess fare charged for me today morning (Dec 6th) from Chennai central to Pallikaranai.
The actual kilometer from Central to Pallikaranai is 22 km which they should have charged only Rs.270 if we go by Meter reading [ 100 (5 km) + 170 (17 km) ], but they charged Rs.410 which is highly unacceptable, i paid Rs.140 additional. Usually i pay maximim of Rs.280 only in the past, but this time Rs.140 was charged excess.

2003 ford explorer
When my 2003 Ford Explorer had only 70, 000 miles on it, a crack developed on the panel beneath the window on the tailgate. In researching this, I discovered this is a common problem on several year models of Explorers. In fact, even in my own small town, I see one or two Explorers a week with the exact problem I have on mine.

QT is a horrible company to work for. They don't even give you a lunch break. Forget about lunch hour, but they don't even give you a 5 minute break. Not even for full time worker who work more than 8 hours per day and more than 40 hour a week. They tell you that if you "have" to eat then you must eat WHILE still ringing customers. You could have your food in your hand and if the customer comes, you have to ring them up with your food sitting right there on the counter in the open. Sheehy Ford Service Dept has very unprofessional employees. If you have a warrenty, they dont have alot of interest in properly servicing your vehicle. I had to take my car in for a brake issue. They never put my car on the machine for a code, they missed another brake issue and now I have to pay another deductible because of their poor service. This auto service was called out (11/24/10) by AARP Roadside Assistance to give me a jump, but found out it was my fuel pump that had went out. I told them to put a new one in, and he was supposed to have done this, he called and said it was ready and to bring $356.98 with me. $96.00 for labor, $141.24 for & electric fuel pump, $14.74 for a fuel filter, plus a $15.00 shop fee, and $90.00 at $30.00 a day for storage. Purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty in July 2010 for my daughter. Two weeks later I vacuumed out the interior and found shattered glass all over the carpet (hard to see since the carpet is black). In 2009 I had a window regulator replaced in the rear of my 2004 F150 FX4 behind the passenger sea, t this year in June the rear window regulator behind the driver had to be replaced, and now in November the rear passenger regulator has again failed in less that 18 months. in both instances they were replaced under a warranty I bought at Hall Ford in Newport News and paid each time a $100 deductible to have it repaired. Do not buy a car from MIllenium Auto Network. There prices seem better than you find elsewhere because they conceal issues with the cars. When you discover the problems, they deny knowledge of any issues & refuse to work with you/compensate in anyway, leaving you on the hook for costly repairs.
