I have never ever seen such unprofessional mechanics in my life- BEWARE GUYS!!! I had taken my Toyota Camry for manitenance as I had a red engine check sign coming with a little oil leak. If we call to book the gas, there is no response on the ph calls. If rarely pick the calls also no proper answers they are giving. In delivery of gas also so irritatable... I bought some floormats for my car and they did not fit so I sent them back. That was over a month ago and I am still woiting for them to credit my account. I ave called three times and they keep telling to wait 4 or 5 days and call back if I don't get it. When I bought the matts they wanted there money before I recieved them! Now I want my money back!! I pulled into this gas station and have experienced a few occasions where the gas attendant asks me for my credit card and rings it through before the gas is even being done pumped. I asked the gentleman to stop doing that. Today, I went in and asked for 40.00 gas and when the young clerk asked me if I was paying cash, I said yes, and then he put the pump in, he came right to my window and said give me the money now. I ordered a set of tires for my Jeep Wrangler here last week at 9:30 am. I was told that it would take approximately one hour for the tires to be delivered. At 11:00 am I called to see how the work was coming along, I was told that "the tires have just arrived, and that they just started working on it. My daughter was driving a 2006 Chevy Colbalt on route 15 to school on the morning of 10/22/10 when the lights come on the dash and her steering locked up she hit a colvert and rolled 3 times. Needless to say she was charged with negelant driving although her speed odometer was stuck at 56 the officer did not believe the steering locked up. I purchased a Yankee Candle car freshener Gel for my car. I noticed the buttons on my cars stereo system were sticky and realized that the car gel hanging above it was the culprit. I initially rubbed it to remove the sticky substance and stopped when I noticed the paint came right off of the buttons on the stereo. Its no longer sticky although the paint is missing. I was charged $200 dollars for a faulty part which caused the stability trac system to fail. The part replaced was $17.00. I feel so ripped -off and helpless. I also found out that no outside mechanic can repair this problem because GM will not provide any information/software on these repairs. On 11/29/2010 I took my 2003 PT Cruiser to Pep Boys in Nashville Tennessee on Old Hickory Blvd. because the oil light was coming on. I described the problem to them when I brought the car in. 1996 Ford Escort was taken to Pat at Precision Auto Repair around 10am on 10/22/10 by recommendation of Tate's Minute Mechanic. The vehicle would not turn off even without key in ignition, and it was taken in for an estimate for repair. Pat said he would call later after looking at it. He did not call by 4pm, so I called him. I contacted this company with a problem I was having with my Vauxhall Zafira car. I agreed to pay £21 on condition that I was satisfied with their answer to my problem. I own a 2000 Mercury Villager Estate. The Estate having been the top of the line for that van with all the extra bells and whistles. In ten years besides the normal replacement of brakes, wipers and all the usual mileage check-ups, it has only had the radiator replaced and that I feel was suspect. In June 2009, I bought a used 2008 Toyota Sienna CE with only 25K miles on it from a local dealership. As of today, November 26, 2010, the van has 37K miles on it and I have had 3 flat tires. I replaced the 2 front tires at 29K miles and replaced the rear tires at 36K miles (high mileage quality tires).
