My husband was in a car accident over a year ago. We got Winters & Yonkers to "help" with our case. We had to get all doctors bills and mail them to them, we feel like they have not done the first thing to help us. We call them at least once a week and all we get out of them is the attorney is out or on vaction. I have emailed BMW Germany on several occasions about my mini cooper. The car requires a new petrol guage. The car has not even completed 24, 000 km and such a fault should not have occured in a car of this caliber. The gauge reads that petrol is present when actually there is NO petrol, it is unsafe to drive. I have sent a complaint to them asking for a free replacement of the gauge since this is obviously a manufacture fault, I get no reply from them. Got a call from a couple of people from this company did allow one lady to take my crdit card information on my equipment. All this company did is take my money and run. Misty Mindicino is a fraud who as I understand it has done state and fed time for fraud (aka) under Misty Buckley., Most agents do not use their own names. The second Toyota I purchased from Fred Anderson was a 2006 Corolla. No problems until a few months ago when the engine began shutting off while in motion. I had less than 50k miles on it at the time. Took it to Fred Anderson's service department after making a few visual inspections myself, as well as discovering an upcoming recall for the ECM. My wife and I leased a Nissan Armada from DCH Nissan in Freehold NJ. When we leased the vehicle Gary and Eric (the sales staff) pitched us a prepaid maintemance contract for the 39 month term of the lease. Cost of the contract was $1, 600. We had three specific questions: 1) Does the contract include the use of loaner vehicles, 2) Since Infinity is a Nissan Company can we get our service at an Infinity dealership that was much closer to our house than DCH Nissan, an 3) Does the contract cover the cost of brake replacement. Test drove a 2011 Equinox LS in Oct and loved it excepting the silver titanium cloth seats. They only had two equinox's and both had silver titanium so for the first time in 60 years, I ordered a vehicle from the factory. I chose cyber gray metalic exterior color and jet black cloth seats. I brought my diesel tuck in for a hard start. They made me change the FICM (fuel injector computer module). Truck came out of shop running rough after 30 min of service. Brought it back that night apparently lost all codes on the computer due to mechanic not fastening the computer properly so they said. Truck comes out once again still not running rite brought it back on 7 different occasions complaining about hoe rough the truck ran mechanic kept on telling me it was running fine. I bought a brand new 2009 Lexus RX 350 from Kendall Lexus in Eugene Oregon. After taking delivery of the car I noticed a problem with the transmission. Frequently when the transmission shifts from 1st gear into 2nd gear it slips, the engine revs up about 1000 rps and then catches into 2nd gear. After using the American Express Network’s Auto Purchasing Program, which is administered by www.zag.com, it didn’t take long to discover that the participating dealers which provide quotes with “Price Protection Certificates” for your configured vehicle have no intention of honoring those prices. I purchased a car from these thieves, please don't allow youself to follow in my footsteps. This has been hands down THE WORST car buying experience I have ever had bar none. Thier Sales Manager (Al Israeli) will rob you blind and leave you with a car that is not drivable. with prior knowledge of the car being unsound. First time filling the car with gas and the gas door will not re-latch (stays open). Called for service and they will not supply a loaner car. They want me to wait at least an hour for diagnosis and will only provide a loaner if it requires more than 24 hours. Who can afford to take a day off of work for this? A brand new car, just out of their dealership and they cannot support the customer for servicing a defective automobile. Stick with buying your car from reputable dealerships that provide the appropriate support for their customers. read full review »

These guys a couple of years ago decided not to pay their suppliers and service providers. We are a fairly small firm and it really hurt us. We survived, but the way they handled our calls and communicatons, made it clear they could not care less about anyone. I contacted one of their top financial execs and he just ignored my request. I guess you can do that when you have no conscience or integrity. I took my car into Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan in Covington, LA. so that they could look at and access the damage to my hood that was created by the bug shield they put on it. I called them 4 times after 3 days because nobody called me give me an update. It turns out that they decided to have the hood repainted on my brand new 2010 Nissan Armada without giving me any consultation. My nephew went to the Caltex Garage in Underwood Road and filled up with petrol and asked for his break fluid to be checked. He needed to have break fluid put in but instead of the attendant putting in the break fluid, he gave it to my nephew's worker to put it and he put the break fluid into the engine!!! Now it looks like the engine has seized!!! The manageress could not be bothered with what had happened and now my nephew is sitting with a huge problem as this van is used for his business and the only source of his income. I bought a new 2011 Expedition on DEC 2010 on a FRI night so I was unable to get the vehicle washed at the time. However, I was promised that I could just call my salesman and bring it in when, I picked up the tag in two weeks. Well two weeks came and no tags. We received a loaner because our vehicle would be in for repairs for at least one week. On December 31, 2010, I noticed that the Illinois license plate would expire at midnight of January 1, 2011. I called Elmhurst Toyota and informed them that I would not be able to drive the vehicle legally after midnight. They informed us there was nothing they could do because they didn't have any replacement stickers and it would be okay to drive. Santander took over my auto loan from Triad/Roadloans in January 2010 without any notice or communication. I had stop receiving payment statements as well. In February ’10, I filed for chapter 7, but excluded my auto loan and continued to make payments. I bought a second-hand car from a local car dealer who assured me that I was getting a good deal. He basically guaranteed that ALL his cars were in tip-top shape with very little maintenance needed after purchasing. He named many happy customers and as he is an established name in the community, I trusted him. What a disappointment. To date, the car has cost me R3000 with a further R3000 necessary just to make it roadworthy and safe to drive. After filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the HOA, Patrol masters finally sent me "copies" of their citations they claimed they issued - a month and a half after I first asked for them. My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. I went to the gas station mentioned above to get cigarettes and $5 bucks of gas. I at the last minute decided to get some candy for my husband and I. I told the cashier I needed a pack of marlboro light box and $5 dollars on pump 4. Since she was to concerned with her conversation with her friend, she didn't charge me the gas.
