Snoqulamie Valley Towing (owner David Dahl) towed four of our vehicles illegally from The Summit at Snoqualmie / Snoqualmie Pass ski area. This company will not honor the 2 year warranty on my TSW wheels. I have had the wheels for 8 months and they have started to pit. The warranty is supposed to cover finish. The guys over at Buy Wheels Today (BWT) Marty, Jason and Felix have all been completely unhelpful in resolving my issue. I am not going to bash this guy, and I will give both sides of the issue to be a fair as possible. He does have a good record with Better Business Bureau. I will just give the main points. He made a few repair omissions on very expensive repair work on a certain system of the vehicle. When the system he repaired later failed, I complained and he resolved with me. Had clutch replaced. When I took back to repair garage as clutch not working properly - the garage insisted it was the gear box not working. Had gear box replaced - still not happy, took back with the mechanic who replaced the gear box and stated that clutch not working properly. My passenger side mirror cover has to be replaced for the 4th time. After enumerable replacements doesn't the service worker know that the mirror needs glue when the replacement is made? I took out, and paid for an online insurance policy with this company for my daughter and myself. On inspection of the policy when it arrived, i noticed that they had got my date of birth wrong. When i phoned up to explain they told me that my daughter was NOT covered! and tried to blame the online process for allowing the transaction going through. I purchased a brand new Corsa SXi 1.4 from Sherwoods, Stockton on Tees, Cleveland on 1/12/07. It is the worst car I have ever had re performance and design but I expected it to at least be reliable.
