Doc's Classic Auto
Kevin April 13, 2009
I purchased a 1966 Ford Galaxie from this guy Kevin. The car was listed on Ebay as a frame off restoration. " A trailer Queen" meaning that the car was perfect and a show car. I spoke to the guy on the phone numerous times and asked many questions before purchasing the car. A price of 22, 500 dollars was agreed upon as well as another 500 dollars in shipping cost. When the car arrived at my home it was immediately evident that the dealer had lied. The cars transmission slipped and would not go in reverse. The radio and air... read full review »

Oliver April 13, 2009
I recently took my car for just a regular oil change to Purrfect (P.U.R.R.F.E.C.T) Auto Service, 2048 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, California. They have been advertising by sending coupons in mail for an oil change for just 10 or so dollars. But thats where the catch is, or a sthey say when it sounds too good to be true probably it is too good to be true because no one else does it for less than $20. Thats how Purrfect auto lure you into their trap. Anway, just a few weeks before that I had gotten my car checked by a well known... read full review »

I have taken my vehicle in for an oil leak behind the timing cover no less than 9 times and this store claims that they have repaired the leak at least (4) times and I still have a continous leak. I would like for the corporate office to investigate this store for this problem and find out a solution where and when I can have this leak repaired once and for all. I have been a customer of this store for a number of years and I feel that I am not receiving the service that I initially paid for when I had my timing belt serviced in October of... read full review »

rv outlet/clovis rv
michael poncedeleon April 12, 2009
I purchased an RV from RV Outlet Arizona. the main company is RV Outlet/Fresno, but they open a sales yard in Quartsite, Arizona, 6 months out of the year. The employees of RV outlet Arizona come from the three rv outlet companies in California, RV Outlet, Clovis RV and Pismo Beach RV. They claim if a person buys an rv in Arizona, sales tax can be avoided in either arizona or California. This is not true and I have verified this with the California Board of Equalization. The sales team did many things they were not suppose to do in order... read full review »

Allstate Auto Insurance Company
Emma Watson Sr. April 12, 2009
I was in an auto accident at five miles per-hour; an accident caused by a jay-walker. Other car, a truck, had slight dent on bumper. Other driver said he was not injured in the police-report. Allstate sent the other driver a check for $700 to cover "any injury" and then raised my rate $1, 000 per-year. Fortunately, the other driver was honest and sent the check back to Allstate saying, "I told you I was not injured." Yet, Allstate still kept the accident as an injury accident and still kept my $1, 000 rate increase... read full review »

Just so that everyone knows, please don't be tricked by Safelite or your insurance company to use this cheap glass installing company or any of its affiliates. Safelite Glass Company uses XYG glass which is imported from China and has a low rating and it is NOT OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer ) approved. This glass has a pathetic quality rating and it is dirt cheap and it's not safe either. Believe it or not, your insurance company could care less about your safety, just your money. Genoa Motorsports
Debra Muller April 11, 2009
I recently went into Genoa motorsports to buy an ATV for my son. I picked out the Atv that I wanted to get and was told that the Atv was sold and that I could put a deposit down for a new one that was suppose to be in the next week. I did so, and the time came for the unit to be in and I never received a call. I called the store and was told that the shipment had not come in yet and it should be in any day. I then waited a couple of days and called again and spoke to the salesman that had taken my deposit. He told me that they where still... read full review »

burned buyer April 11, 2009
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in Feb. 2008. (The buying experience should have warned me what was ahead- it was a horrible experience.) At the time of purchase I bought the extended warranty for $1800 and this was added to my car loan. Almost to the day a year later I was involved in and accident and the car was totaled. I went into the finance department to cancel the extened warranty so that I could apply this to the money that I still owed. I was told on Feb 19, 2009 that this was not a problem and the money would be returned... read full review »

Carmax Plano
Lee Warren April 9, 2009
I almost got ripped off by Carmax of Plano. They offered me 6500 for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner SR5. Told me that they could only get that if they bought or sold it. Well I found on the Carmax site a 2005 strip model PreRunner for 12, 998. I complained to the corporate office in Virgina, and when I went back to the site the car had been removed? Well I kept a copy of the site knowing they may do that. I wouldn't buy a thing from these people. It looks like they are corrupt all the way to the top. I purchased a HID headlight kit from this company on eBay. The kit was $239.95 plus $40 for shipping. I chose this company because of the price, and the fact that they offered a One Year Warranty on the item. They recommended professional installation, which I did. It cost me $125 to have the lights installed. After less than two months, the lights started malfunctioning. They wouldn't go on properly unless you flicked them on and off many times. Didnt check any other fluid levels and didn't lube it. When I called them on it they tried to convince me I was mistaken until another employee admitted he forgot. VERY DISHONEST and DISREPUTABLE LOCATION. B e very careful . When I bought my car I put an extended warranty on it because of the miles I drive every year. I'm within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and I took the car in for service because the a/c doesnt work. At first the dealership was going to take care of the a/c until they found out what I had for miles. Then they told me they had to have an inspector inspect the a/c and then he would determine if it would be covered. After the inspection we were told that it wasnt covered because a rock hit the compressor. This is just an excuss to get out... read full review »

Auto Owner's Insurance Company
micahnay April 8, 2009
I had an insurance policy through Auto Owner's Insurance Company. They robbed me on two different occasions! The first time, I was involved in an accident, I had my SUV in four wheel drive when it happened and because of the abrupt stop, the teeth on the gear in my rear differential were sheered off at the base. I had a notarized and signed statement from three auto repair shops stating that this could have only happened from an auto accident because the insurance company decided it didn’t want to pay the $1000 repair which... read full review »

Hi, my name is Vivette Hall. We have a 2003 Ford Focus that has been nothing but trouble since we purchased it a few years ago. We have owned many automobiles during our lifetime but have never had brake problems so constantly. We have brakes put on every year. We need brakes again, less than a year since we had the last repair. Will you authorize one of your Rockford dealers to repair this car at your expense? Please respond immediately. I need my transportation but can't afford the repair again. Mechanics often tell us that Ford Focus are known for having defective brakes. Please help me. Thanks Vivette Hall read full review »

Randall Noe Dealership - Terrill, TX
Nathan Anderson April 7, 2009
Randall Noe used a $500 "Gas Voucher" to close a deal for a vehicle I bought. They could only supply me one set of keys for the car and I knew it would cost me about that much to get a second set. The Free Gas Redemption company in Florida required $100 purchase of gas each month in order to get a $25 gas card each month. It would take 20 months and $2000 in gas to get my free $500 in gas. I faithfully mailed in recepts for 5 months and got nothing back except my last two mailings indicating they were no longer deliverable. I got ripped off by Free Gas Redemption and Randall Noe. Shame on both of them! read full review »

When the shine wore off my tires, I noticed all of them appeared to be dry rotted based on the cracks on the rim beneath the tread. I opted to buy the car because it was certified pre-owned (CPO), as stated on the window sticker. If I had to buy used, I wanted the security of a pre-owned vehicle. When I contacted Mazda USA, the Customer Assistance staff informed me there was no record indicating the vehicle was CPO. I was advised to contact the dealer to straighten it out.
