I recieved a letter in the mail that said I was eligible to recieve bumper to bumper coverage on my vehicle that I had purchased one month ago. I called the number and asked details, and the more information I asked for the lady seemed to ask me what I needed the information for. I went to pump gas on an Arco gas station on Avalon and 213th St, in the city of Carson, paid on the automatic payment machine outside $30 in total. Apparently only $10 went through according to the cashier but it shows $20 for change but he wouldnt give me my change or let me pump $20 of gas. He told me to leave my number and IF they went OVER when they open the machines( which is two days later), they might give me a call. In the meantime I only have $10 of gas on by truck for the week, and I'm short of $20. read full review »

I recently rented a automobile from Dollar Rent a Car at 1675 Airline Drive- Kenner, LA. 70062. The vehicle passenger doors would not open from the inside. The company would not exchange vehicle. Took my vehicle in for services at the Bryant Exxon Mobile in Bryant Arkansas on the I-30 Service Road. Pat is the Mechanic. I told him I wanted to have Brakes on the front but not to put some cheap run of the mill brakes on there. He said okay. Rotors if needed, which he called and said I did, so I okayed. I also told him I wanted my transmission fluid drained and replaced, my radiator flushed and my air serviced. Picked the car up late that afternoon after about 6 - 7 hours. I purchased a car from JD by Ryder in 04 I pulled the car off the lot with the Check Engine light on and a promise it would be fixed. Well a month or so passes and still no repairs unable to receive hard plates. Car stopped running and I refused to pay for this lemon. JD then repo car. In 07 I contact CNAC who then tells me they were unable to resale the car@ it was totalled. But asks me to pay the full balance for the same car they were unable to resale. My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Audi A3 from Germain BMW in the summer of 2008. We live in Michigan, and found the car online in Naples, Florida. After confirming the vehicle's condition with pictures and making a deposit, we flew down to the dealer on a weekend and planned on driving thru the night to get back home. I ordered an EONON in dash DVD player for my son for Xmas (2007). The transaction went very smoothly, they were quick to answer my questions and ship my item. I recieved my item and wrapped it up for Christmas for my son. My son had enough money to get it installed in January, until this time, the item stayed in the box, untouched. I searched the web and found Americore had the mazda GLC engine I needed. They advertised it for sale for low miles and $1300. I contacted them and spoke to Jonathan Palmer and asked him for details. Back in 2006 I was pressured into getting a car I didn't want. Just as the other complaint I was reading. I was called and told they would be able to get me into a car. They show you so many cars that are in "your price range" but if they aren't telling you any numbers, how do you know what your price range in let alone the price of the car. I paid $600.00 extra to Lund Cadillac for Gap Insurance on a 2004 Cadillac. The Co., Cna National Warranty Co., of Scottsdale Az. accepted the money, and sent me a small booklet, showing the car had Gap Insurance in effect. The car was totalled Sept 7th, 2005, in a transmission related malfunction, which was admitted by Cadillac with their specific investigation. The first couple of weeks I had the car, I discovered two of the tires had slow leaks in them. I figured, no big deal I can take them to Discount Tire and have them repaired for free. We placed an order for a center cap on 3/26, for $34.99! The site indicated it would ship in 72 hours. We attempted to contact them 4 hours later as this price is double what is customary for this product. They will not provide a phone number on their site, stating they respond quickly to emails. Multiple emails were sent requesting this order to be canceled. On 3/30 we received an emailing saying it was shipped. We requested credit as the order had been canceled, it's companies like this that give the internet sales a bad reputation, unfair to those the provide good service and fair prices. read full review »

We had our oil changed on one of our cars and right when we got it hope it started leaving oil really bad. We took it back to speedy oil and told them what happened. They checked it out and said the oil pan was stripped. They said we have to get a new oil pan from the junkyard and bring it back to them and they would put it on for $70-$80 bucks. We had our friends mechanic look at it and come to find out it wasnt stripped at all. He put a new gasket and new drain plug in it and it works just fine. The owner explained that there was a number of things wrong with the car, mostly braking issues, ie. struts, balljoints. I bought a Brand New Vehicle of TATA 1615 Truck in February, 2009 from DIMO Lanka. It Has Break Down in the middle of the road on 21 March, 2009, saying that water mixed with oil and leaking. It has ran only 4000km. Its was not even one month used. I request the company to change with new Engine, but DIMO is trying to do some repair and return the same to me. Untill now they did not inform me what was the real problem of it. I dont understand to accept it or not. If I accept it and if the same problem repeat, what assurance can be given by DIMO. first getting a telephone line connection with the agency is difficult and the answers to our query is rather given rudely and arrogantly. Secondly if we do our booking during power cuts, we are told to confirm our booking when the power supply is back. In case we forget to do so, our previous booking is not taken into account and we have to do fresh booking again, as everything is fed into the computer. In this process getting a cyclinder is delayed. It is sad to learn that while India has made its mark in IT industry but still a common man has to face this problems. read full review »

These guys are utter con artists. First they added a $2, 000 dollar 'reconditioning fee' to the advertised price of the car I went to look at (having originally asked for $2, 900) - this is standard practice on all their cars going by the online reviews, i.e. they lie about prices to bring people in and set up a 'bait & switch'. I have been trying to find the correct dept for ins claims, The collection dept keeps calling me, I faxed them the info they need to fill out in order for the ins to pay them, they will not do it, I even supplied a fax number for them. I can't get any where with them, this has been going on since the middle of jan. They continue to call and harrass me for the payment when all they have to do if fax the info to the ins co. and they will be paid, no one either has the number for the ins dept. or won't give it up. when you call and number they gave me it refers you back to their generic number. read full review »

This Dealership STEALS!!! not only from its customers but also from its employees. I'm a former employee at sport city toyota and was on more than one occasion taken advantage of by management. Our pay plan was 25% of what the front would make and 10% of what the back would make and our minimum comission of 100.00 no matter what a car deal made.
