PRESTIGE GMC PONTIAC
Larry Owens March 23, 2009
After shopping the closed lot at Prestige GMC - Pontiac on Sunday 3/22/09, I observed on the windshield of two Sierra pickup trucks this advertisement... "$7000 rebate or 0% interest rate" The following Monday I went to make a cash purchase of one of these trucks, to take advantage of the $7000 rebate... After specifically asking the saleman at least three times, to confirm this offer, he confirmed and even spoke to his manager twice, who also confirmed... As the deal was about to be written up, I was then informed by the... read full review »

This company is the worst to work with. I logged into my account today to make a payment from my bank, it says: To prevent overpayment, only one payment per account, per day is allowed. Please allow one business day for processing. Allow two business days for your payment to show online. They are telling me on the telephone that payments take 2-3 days for processing and may payment that is due tomorrow will be posted late and will generate a late fee!!! Hertz Rental cars
churchyk March 23, 2009
I reserved a car with a estimated quote of $37.49/day for 2 days. When I picked up the car, the cost was going to be $385. When I questioned the amount I was told by the agent that it included $200 which would be credited to my card when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car and got my receipt, the receiving agent told me that the $200 would be credited directly to my card. Needless to say, I never received the credit and when I contacted Hertz, they claimed my car rental rate was $150.49 a day! It is a complete misrepresentation and a rip off. read full review »

car advertising (online)
garden200 March 23, 2009
One Stop Motors.com has had a controversial presence on the internet. Unfortunately, they have a few satisfied customers who they say represent the bulk of their customers. The rest either cut their losses for advertising with an unscrupulous advertiser, or do actually complain. One -- out of all the complaints -- wrote in to say how wonderful the company is -- "Terrible company" but they have nothing to back up their gradiose statement with! I have had my car on OSM.com for 3 YEARS - and they refuse to answer my emails or phone call... read full review »

1-10-2008 After searching on the Internet for a company to have my Audi A4 electronic gearbox unit reconditioned, sent it to Autotek. 9-10-2008 I’ve received a report and quotation about the repair, paid 410£. 2-11-2008 I’ve received and tested the unit, which was still found to be faulty (!?). This unit had less capability than the faulty one I’ve sent in the first place! Sent back non-working unit to Autotek with report. 26-11-2008 I’ve received as said in Autotek e-mail "new replacement/New... read full review »

Delaware Auto Exchange
Collins March 23, 2009
I purchased a vehicle from Delaware Auto Exchange on February 26th, 2009. On March 7th, 2009 my vehicle breaks down. I have it towed to a shop and they tell me that it is my transmission and in order to replace it, it will be close to $3, 000.00. I did not even pay $3, 000.00 for the car. I am extremely irate because there is nothing that they will do and now I spent almost $2, 000.00 on a car and now its gone. Now I have not a penny to my name and there is no way I can get my money back. I am a single mother working part time and trying... read full review »

I was approved for credit at this dealership the first time I went in, however, they did not have the full size SUV that my family needed, so I was told to wait, and they would find one. I waited about a month, and was finally told to come in. I drove home in the vehicle that night after being assured that the financing was all taken care of. Two weeks later I was told that I was approved, but the bank wanted more money down. The finance guy I had worked with made me an appointment the next day to work it out, come to find out...it was his day... read full review »

M Gucci Limousines
Casandra March 22, 2009
on March 6, 2009, my family decided to rent a limo to go to dinner and show in NYC. The limo arrived early, and the driver was very nice. When we were about to leave for the city, we asked for the driver to play a DVD we had brought along. He couldn't get the DVD player to work. OK . We were running a little late and had to meet our reservation scheduled, so we left for the city. It started raining, and the rain was coming inside the vehicle through the sun-roof. Winter Park Dodge
Keith Craft March 21, 2009
Winter Park Dodge is a dealership to be avoided. I answered an internet ad on Autotrader for a 1999 Dodge Dakota RT advertised for 5999.00 The photos appeared to be a pristine truck and I was anxious to purchase. Once there, I contacted the internet sales person whose name was on the internet ad. My recent experience with this car rental company... I have booked & used the car over the weekend 6-9 March 2009 in Brisbane . I have picked it up at the airport on Friday 6 March ’09 and was given a condition report which had a couple of scratches mentioned in the Existing Damage section. Complete Automotive Repair Services
Mark March 19, 2009
Misleading warranty. They only allowed 11.8 hours to replace an engine that takes every bit of 20 hours to replace. You think your deductible is $100.00 until they don't pay for tear downs, fluids, etc. etc. You pay good money for what you think is a warranty, and then they try every way to not pay, or pay next to nothing. They covered less than half of the total due from the repair shop. When you call, they will get rude with you, and tell you you should have bought a better warranty plan. read full review »

I took my Civic in for some maintenance. The man apparently could not fully diagnose the problem with the car. I knew I had something wrong with emissions because the warning light was on. He called and told me for 600 bucks he'd change out some parts, but couldn't be sure that would fix the problem. So I'm stuck, if I have him fix the parts, and something else is wrong, no telling how much more money that is going to cost.
