Eagle Warranty
Andrew February 25, 2009
Understand that Eagle will only be covering a part of the repair - the contract is very misleading - read the fine print at the bottom. Also, they pro-rate the amount they will pay according to parts that will last for the lifetime of your contract with them (they are not looking out for you or your car in the least). When used parts weren't available for my repair, they only offered a little more for a new part. I was still stuck covering 35% of the bill. Their customer service is the worst. Be prepared to wait on the phone for 30... read full review »

No Limit Motors
Mac February 25, 2009
Ok so, a couple of week ago, my car broke down. I left it on the side of the highway for what was supposed to be about 8.5 hrs. (I was making arrangements to pick it up later). When I went to go get it it was gone. As it turns out No Limit Motors(Who I bought the car from) picked it up with out telling me or asking me to do so. After that I asked them to confirm what the problem was(The alternator went out). They continued to make the repairs with out my permission which is against the law in the state of Tx. They charged me $388.24 just to... read full review »

Southwest Kia
KenMtx February 25, 2009
The salesman there (Joe Ero) was telling us the only way to get a car financed at a price we could afford was to let our current car go back...then they would sell us a used car. He kept saying they would call back, but never did. We finally went to Central Kia, they took our car in trade, gave a good deal on a BRAND NEW Kia and were extremely courteous, helpful and upfront. The car we had came from Southwest Kia (when we got it they didn't even put gas in it...the light came on as we pulled out of the lot...we took it back and they... read full review »

This man (Micheal Walker) sold me his girlfriends car. I asked him to make sure the car was in good working condition and that no major repairs were needed before I just shelled out $2000.00. He said he drove the car and tested it and that other than a minor tune-up (and some clicking that cost around $200 to fix) and needing new fenders, it was a pretty good deal. So I trusted him and bought the vehicle. He insisted on $2000 CASH. Again, I trusted him because he was a friend of a friend and a mechanic. Over a period of months the car kept... read full review »

On 12/19/08, The Internet Salesperson lead us to believe we were buying a New car. We found out while during the finance paperwork that the car had 6000 miles on it. We were told that the sale price was $35, 124 but the same salesperson had put this car on the internet as a Manager Special, weeks before at $31, 542. We bought at $30, 124, thinking we had made a good deal. The finance person also tried to stick us with a $2400 extended warranty that we did not authorize. We then found out that it was not the Gold Preferred but just the Gold... read full review »

Illegal ALAMO SUV caused Police to pull me over! Three issues: Filthy vehicles, breach of privacy and illegal cars. Firstly, the SUV selection I could choose from were all dirty and had litter inside the vehicles. I picked the least nasty one. It had a dirty exterior, french fries under the back seats and used juice bottles under the front seats. It was still better than the others that had cigarette burns in the upholstery and grease and soda smears on the dashboards. Secondly, in the glovebox was paperwork from the previou... read full review »

We used Hotwire to book our car rental through Dollar Rental in Orlando, FL. We were to pick the car up at their Universal Blvd location the evening of 02/11/2009. We were told while booking they would hold the car for 24 hours. We called to let them know our flight was late and we would not be able to pick it up in the morning. American Auto Moving
Ken February 24, 2009
I contracted with American Moving on 12/18/08 with a $295 deposit to pick up my car on 12/30 from Morris Plains, NJ to Cedar Creek, TX. They did not show up or call. It is now 1/12/09 and the car is still sitting in NJ. When I do get someone on the line the excuse for not picking up is that they can't contact the driver or that all of the drivers have quit carrying cars due to the economy and non payment for deliveries with auto companies. When I asked for a refund I was told that they are charging a cancellation fee and would not refund the money for 30 days. read full review »

Hyosung Motors North America
Darek February 24, 2009
I bought a Hyosung GV 650 a short time ago. After filling it with gas for the first time, fuel began RUNNING out of the left side of the fuel tank. It was still under warranty, and so I took it to get repaired. This was over two months ago, and it is still not fixed. The shop cannot get parts from the manufacturer. Don't waste your time with these bikes, they are junk, and when they do inevitably break, you can't get parts for them. As far as the customer service, they seem real nice until you realize that they are lying to your face. read full review »
