I bought a 1999 Dodge Avenger, it has been back several times for service including the power windows stopped working, they driver rotor was bad, they caused the SRS light to come on, the engine start skipping and not wanting to start, the check engine light was flashing, the sunroof came loose and more. When paying for my carwash, the cashier repeatedly asked me for my credit card PIN number. I explained that a PIN wasn't necessary for a credit card transaction. He seemed annoyed with me, and after shuffeling around papers, etc., he finally completed my payment and returned my card. Ride Safely sells vehicles by auction on line and claims you are buying directly from the insurance auction. They refuse to disclose the Vehicle Identification Number or who or what you are bidding against or even verify the mileage. They also tell you they cannot get you a damage report so at least you know what you are dealing with. The owners name is Chris and he is from Portugal, he was a partner in this shop and cheated Mr Gehringer out of his share. Chris then started to buy and sell cars wholesale and started to cheat there too by not paying the people he bought the cars from.
