RVProtection
Halk February 21, 2009
rvprotection.net, the company where I ordered products online back in November for Christmas present. Charged my credit card with no shipping fee and sent me a delivery confirm email with a tracking number. 2 months passed by I haven't got the merchandise. Emailed them a few times and told me that it's coming. Status change on tracking number. Post Office told me the product was never shipped. After 3 months, I got tired of the BS they're giving me and asked for a refund. Got the refund check minus $8.00 for shipping. I think I got ripped off for something I didn't get. read full review »

Five months after ordering and paying for headlight from reliaprts.com, I still haven't recieved my part. At least 5 times I have called and at first told that the part was on it's way. Then I was told that it was re-ordered then I was told a refund was in the works. Still haven't recieved part or a penny in refund. The customer service girl Stacey has lied to me over and over. Last year I purchased a "Get Acquanited Service Special" card for $69.95. The card has a list of free services so today, 2/21/2009, I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. I left the car and asked the attendant, Mike to call me with an estimate if the brakes needed repair. Approximately one hour later I received a call and the man told me that they were working on the brakes and the cost would be $154.00. I explained that I had asked for an estimate first. I was told that the work was already started... read full review »

I purchased a car 2/2/09 from a sale buy one car and get the second one for $1. I have been given the run around to get my second car. I was told by the manager the $1 cars are not good nor reliable and he does not understand why I would want one. I said it is the principle of the sales and why we purchased the a car here in the first place. It is now 2/21/09 and I have yet to receive a car and they are advertising the same sale to get people into their dealership. Beware of the sale and the poor customer service. Hyundai , GENESIS
This is Mr. Oh, Sang-man who just leased a New Genesis. I’d like o file a complaint regarding this New Genesis with the problem. Please read below and advise me what I should do. I am one of royal customers of Hyundai Cars since 1987. Starting from a Pony Excel, I used to own an Avante, a Sonata and a Galloper when I used to live in Korea. None of your products disappoint me until now. I saw an ad on the newspaper about Special Lease Program for Hyundai Genesis. So I went to LAX Hyundai Superstore in Inglewood... read full review »

Financial Company
Robin Norris February 20, 2009
The people that work for this cmpany call my office phone, work cell phone, my personal phone and my husband's cell phone all day long up until 11:00 at night. If my car note is one day late my phone is blowing up with calls from Drive Financial. It's ridiculous. My payments are way to high as well as the interest rate. This has got to stop. There is no reason for a company to call you at work and harrass you all day long. Someone needs to put a stop to this. read full review »

I purchased a "Certified Used Vehicle" (a 2002 Porsche 911 targa) with a 60 day 2000 mile Warranty from Mercedes Benz of Tampa on 2/2/09 - After delivery I noticed the right passenger window was not working properly. Their service dept did not acknowledge the problem and no work was performed. I took the car to a Porsche Dealership where they told me it was a power window regulator that was not working properly. I asked them to further explain and Porsche told me I would need a new Power Window motor and that the regulator is attached... read full review »

FRAUD! Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Jeep Dodge/ FreeGasRedemption.com In November of '07 I responded to Ad sponsored by Napleton's they were offering $2000 in a newspaper Ad for free gas for the purchase of a car that week. I went in traded in my old Seabring and bought a brand new one, cash. I was an easy customer. I asked for my $2000 in gas redemption and was handed four $500 gas certificates, which clearly read 1 per house hold. Therefore it was impossible to them to give their buyer $2000 in gasoline, I was not happy... read full review »

I wasn't surprised to see someone else on here that had a problem with this place. I'd heard from some people that it was a decent place but when I took my car in for a repair I got sloppy work done, and 2 new dents and 1 long scratch. I didn't notice until after I got home, by then I figured they would deny it so I didn't bother. Good luck dealing with your car. read full review »

I brought my 2001 Yukon Denali (all wheel drive) into Aastro because sometimes I could hear a squealing in the engine. They called back and said that it was a bad pulley and that my check engine light revealed that I had a dirty mass air flow sensor.
