Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions - Arizona, Phoenix
I ordered a tranmission 9/07, gave my credit card for full payment. They sent the wrong transmission. I refused to accept the transmission from the delivery company terminal. It was returned to Pheonix 5 days later. They lied and said they never received the transmission. I contacted my credit car company. They lied to my credit card company, that they never received the transmission. I followed with a copy of the delivery slip from the shipping company. In Feb 2008 they returned part of my money, less $695. My attorney is handling this issue now, how ever, mail is being returned from their address. Tidewater marketing
I started sending gas receipts as required in Oct 2008, and continued for each month up until Jan 2009, Iwas supposed to recieve a $25 gift voucher for each months receipts. Instead, all I received was a pack of lies about website failure and telephone "problems". The fact is that this $500 gas deal was included as part of my furniture purchase from Ashley Furniture.

I brought my car on 3/07/09 for a FORD factory recall to be done. When I gave my car to them everything was in working order. I got my car back that afternoon and after returning home from running errands I noticed I had no brake or turn signal lights. I was a customer with Geico for 4 years and I was happy with there service up until this incident. I've sent in my $100 monthly Shell gas purchase receipts since 1/09 and have not received any $25 gift card as promised by the dealer. We made a reservation 6 months in advance to get the best deal, as we always do. We reserved a full size car for $181.30 and had a $20.00 off coupon that was to be taken off at the counter. They promise millage that they can not deliver on. The runs they give you are so close together they have to be run illegal to do them. When you say something about it to them they start screwing with your trips and giving you bad trips you can't make money on. Also they put in a seasonal service and wanted to charge me for another $70 to $80 without letting me know ahead. Overall experience is poor. I'll NEVER buy another GM vehicle ever in my life. Eagle Warranty is a SCAM!! We have had nothing but headaches with them. There were 2 cases of service request that they denied, stating that the issue had been fixed on a previous service to the car (then to be called by a "supervisor" and told that we were lying). I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. In July, I signed up for the warranty with Auto One over the phone and when I received the warranty package; I had problems with all the conditions to maintain the warranty and cancel immediately. I had a rental car without my permit realizing this could be a issue, I contacted my HOA asking for direction in regards to my situation. I was told by the HOA that if I was parked in resident space it didn't matter if permit was in window. The only way I would be towed is if resident complaint that I was in spot. I purchased an '04 Grand Marquis and after only 4 years my radio and DD player went completely out. I expect a $30, 000 car to have a beter and longer lasting radio. i am extremely disappointed in the car. It has been taken care of very good and has less than 50, 000 miles but I am still making payments and had to pay $371 for the radio. The warranty just ran out. A car that cost that much should have a better lasting radio and I should not be expected to pay. I am so disappointed I will never purchase another Ford. Can I be reimbursed in any way

The car I was sold (2002 Freelander) had more problems then any car I've bought before. Jeanie (The sales lady) promised me in ayear I wouldn't be upside down in payments which is totally not true.
