Went in to look at advertised pre-owned Hummer H3. Called the salesman before coming to ensure it was there. Got there and the sales manager's wife was in the vehicle. No real apology, remorse etc. Said they would call in an hour and we could come in. It's now 2 weeks later and still haven't heard from them. Great news is bought a Hummer H3 with less miles and more options in Macon, GA and saved $8000. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER, THEY DON'T NEED CUSTOMERS!!! read full review »

I drive a Hyundia Atos.. its 3 years old and has app 60, 000km on the clock. Ive gave my car in at Hyundai due to lack of power on the 10th of October 2008.. it took them 3 weeks to find the problem.. and now im being told that i must wait another 2 - 3 weeks for parts to area... In 2008 I hired a car from the above mentioned company. A debit for the full amount was taken from my credit card and 2 weeks before taking the car a £ 670.00 deposit was also deducted from my credit card. The car was taken on 2nd Sept and returned on 29th September with no issues. Despite about 30 phone calls and emails, and every excuse in the book, we have still not received our £ 670.00 deposit. We have 3 trucks from cheverolet everytime we try to fix something under the warranty they come up with excuses not to fix it. the lastest thing the model truck is 2008 as soon as we recieved it the windows won't work and the brakes won't either. we send it to them they inform us that since we didn't change the oil and filter from them therefore we are not under the warranty. i got servised my hunk in MANGAL MOTERS Motihari East Champaran Bihar. i am member of HHPP. my issue is it was my 5th free service and no points given to me and told me we will not give points to free service. engine oil capacity of hunk is 1200 ml. after adding adding 900 ml they told we don't have loose 300 ml you can get it from out side. the way of talking of workship maneger was so rude. when i told them i'll complain against you, they said no one can do any thing from hero honda you can compalin. plz do the needful as soon as possibe read full review »

I purchased a warranty for 2100 dollars from this company andwhen I tried to submit a claim I am told that the company has gone under and money is missing. I was told that the goverment has taken this company over. What can I do about receiving reimbursement for my vehicle repairs which amount to over 1700 dollars. I canceled my extended warrenty over two months ago, because I sold the car. I purchased a new car and didn't need it. I spoke to someone via the phone to confirm the cancelation of the extended warranty. They told me that I had to send a letter to confirm that I wanted to cancel the warranty. I sent the letter over two months ago with all the information that was needed to get my refund back I still haven't recieved anything in return. I purchased through a retail installment contract a 2006 VW Touareg which I was told I could purchase at the end of my agreement for 2.48% interest . With my agreement coming to an end in a 7 months I decided to start researching options so I could make an educated decision on keeping or turning my vehicle in. I have a loan balance discrepency withAmeristar. I have overpaid the company on my car loan. They telling me that I owe them an additional $5000 plus on my 2001 honda accord sedan. They refuse to refund me my overpayment balance of $690 and are harrassing me everyday at home, on my cellphone and on my workplace. When I ask for proof of this outstanding balance they have none. I waited over an hour in the hot sun at the Fort Lauderdale airport phoning twice during this period only to be told " just wait someone will be there soon". My experience is much the same has been reported in an earlier Ripoff Report about this dealer. This dealer put a motorcycle on Ebay. I bid on it, my bid did not equal the reserve price. After the bidding was closed this dealer then offered to sell the bike to me for less than I bid. I assume in this way he cheated Ebay out of their commission. Was told by Sudden Impact that there was major damage, but I would have the car back in 8 days. 2 weeks later, I had to call to find that the parts were not in, but would be done the following week. 7 weeks later, and a lot of calls to their office(never contacted by them) I got my car back. 2 weeks later, my car starting breaking down and was leaking fluid. Rip off artist in the full sense of the word. Dispicable scammers, with no intent on paying on an honest claim. We had some needs for a head replacement on a Ford and provided documented service bullitiens from Ford, took it to a second oppinion and recieved the full run around. We hired a car from this company for one week from 15th to 22nd October and we have still not had a refund of the bond money. Each time I contact them, I am given a mobile number to contact regarding the refund but I cannot get through on it. It just goes to a message asking me to try again later. I ordered Bilstein shocks on 10/3/08 that were advertised as being in stock. I was told they would ship next day. They charged my credit card immediately. 3 days later I called to get the tracking info, that was never emailed & was told that the shocks were NOT in stock & were on order from the manufactuer. Three times I attended the K-mart tyre and auto service station. First time ... I had a water leak and they did not fix a water leak but charged for it. When I returned the car they shortened the water system by blocking it off at one section and then the heating did not work. They still charged! Second time ... I test drove a vehicle and it had a tire sensor fault light on. I mentioned it to the employee and he told me that it was a reset issue when they changed the tires. He pushed the reset button and the light went off. I also mentioned about some rust found under the seats. He said it wasn't a problem and it would be taken care of. I had been insured with AIG for several years and last year even recieved a discount. However, with renewal scheduled for mid-November this year, I recieved a statement which shows a nearly 50% rate increase. I have been paying for 2 years on my 2006 Kia spectra. I bought it for @16.000- got a loan for 18, 000 and still owe 16, 000. Triad says in the first 2 years of the loan you're paying off the interest. At this rate it will never get paid off.
