In 2008 I hired a car from the above mentioned company. A debit for the full amount was taken from my credit card and 2 weeks before taking the car a £ 670.00 deposit was also deducted from my credit card. We have 3 trucks from cheverolet everytime we try to fix something under the warranty they come up with excuses not to fix it. the lastest thing the model truck is 2008 as soon as we recieved it the windows won't work and the brakes won't either. we send it to them they inform us that since we didn't change the oil and filter from them therefore we are not under the warranty. I purchased a warranty for 2100 dollars from this company andwhen I tried to submit a claim I am told that the company has gone under and money is missing. I canceled my extended warrenty over two months ago, because I sold the car. I purchased a new car and didn't need it. I took my Jeep Cherokee to Fletcher's Tire and Auto on 90th street in Scottsdale on for several issues including a check engine light and a "shaky" front end at higher driving speeds. Three times I attended the K-mart tyre and auto service station. First time ... I had a water leak and they did not fix a water leak but charged for it. I test drove a vehicle and it had a tire sensor fault light on. I mentioned it to the employee and he told me that it was a reset issue when they changed the tires. I have been paying for 2 years on my 2006 Kia spectra. I bought it for @16.000- got a loan for 18, 000 and still owe 16, 000. Triad says in the first 2 years of the loan you're paying off the interest. At this rate it will never get paid off.
