I called Detroit II Auto Sales in Garden City about the problem, and told me to call the credit company-Credit Acceptance Corporation. I recently bought a car on ebay that was listed as perfect condition, like new. After the seller prolonged the dropping off of the car at a DAS terminal, I finally received the car just a few days later. Have had very poor service from Fitzsimmons. Have been cut-off by their drivers several times; had my car towed by them at the request of a snow removal company, when asked why they charged so much to return my car, I was refused a price breakdown; front-end of friend's car was damaged by Fitzsimmons when he had them to it to a garage for him. I bought an electric supercharger from this website. When I received it, it was vastly different from the product described, and photos shown on the website. I did not receive a performance chip or boost controller, which should have been included. I have made numerous attempts (in excess of ten) to contact the company, but to no avail. I just wanted to point out how Aramark ran a perfectly good gas station and RV park into the ground. The Chevron in Healy is the only place for public showers and laundry within fifty miles. Aramark never fixed anything, price gouged local patrons, and promptly ran off any and all busniess they could to post a loss to get out of a contract. I just purchased a used car from Goldstar 30 days ago. Well, let's just say the past 30 days has been a living hell. I took the car back 4 times to be repaired in less than 2 weeks. Purchased a Starcraft 3612 Travel Trailer on 9/19/07. At delivery of trailer, Weight Distribution System install incorrectly, trailer was not properly prepped. This company warns of an "optional" sand fee if you return the car with "too much" sand. In reality, they charge most of their customers the fee anyway, even if you vacuumed the car before returning it.
