I purchased a vehical from the used dealership and paid cash. Rented the car in France last summer from Europcar in Avignon TGV station. Returned it 3 weeks later in Rennes and a few weeks later got a bill in the mail which was 300 euro higher than anticipated. Purchased 2003 Porsche 911 from this dealer in December 2007. Dealer assured me the car had no damage and showed me teh carfax showing it free of defects. Randall Noe used a $500 "Gas Voucher" to close a deal for a vehicle I bought. They could only supply me one set of keys for the car and I knew it would cost me about that much to get a second set. The Free Gas Redemption company in Florida required $100 purchase of gas each month in order to get a $25 gas card each month. It would take 20 months and $2000 in gas to get my free $500 in gas. I faithfully mailed in recepts for 5 months and got nothing back except my last two mailings indicating they were no longer deliverable. I got ripped off by Free Gas Redemption and Randall Noe. When the shine wore off my tires, I noticed all of them appeared to be dry rotted based on the cracks on the rim beneath the tread. The transmission co, an AAMCO did a fine job on the work, and told me if I had come in off the street the trans. would have been around $1800 to $2000 with a 12 month/12, 000 mile warranty. We found out from our attorney that the contract was in fact for a house not a car and if we had paid all of th payments that the owner could come and reclaim the car and we would have no recourse. I was in a minor accident that was my fault. There was very little damage to the car in front of me. My car's passenger side head lamp was broken and there was a little bit of fender damage. I have sent in $100.00 in gas receipts every month since August of 2008 and in return should have received a $25.00 gift card for each month. In September of 2008 I arranged to take over the payments on my friend's 2001 Hyundai Elantra. The car was financed through Drivetime. When I took over the payments I was first told I could make the same payments on the 15th of every month. I was granted a loan approval, then I was told I was appoved for a pick-your-pay loan, and then asked to drive 2 hours to a location (KIA DEALERSHIP), where I was basically introduced to a ton of stipulations regarding my loan that I was not presented with during previous conversations with the loan officer. We purchased Huyndai Tiburon which suppost to have 100, 000 miles warranty. At 60, 150 miles the sun roof cardboard cover stocked in the railings. All dealers refused the repair.
