Stereo City charged me almost $2K for rims that I never received. They then provided false documentation to the bank to ensure keeping my money. Casey Auto Group offered a incentive program called Consumer Cash Rewards on car purchases. I had a certificate that was in the amount of $9, 500 to be redeemed in a little over 36 months after car purchase. This program had extremely strict rules, however, I followed those to the T. Drive Time preys on people that are severely credit challenged because they have no other alternative for transportation. I have heard supervisors stating that Drive Time predicts that a very large percent of their loans will go to collections, and possible repossession. Now I keep track of all my bills each and every month: they are 1st written out, next to the amount due, then followed by the "DUE DATE". I parked my car at about 9 am in what looked like a valid parking space at the far edge of a KMart parking lot and adjacent to a Budget Rent-a-Car. I rented a car at Budget and returned to retrieve my vehicle at about 4 pm the same day (some 7 hours later) to find my car was gone. I called the posted signs to Caroline's towing and was told my car had been removed at about 11 am, some 2 hours after I had parked it. Had my SUV in for repair and paid over $2100 for repairs and in less then (1) month the vehicle overheated and the engine block was cracked. Took the vehicle back in for warranty repair and/or a refund and was told to leave the shop. Turns out the shop owner (m.p.) forgot to replace the thermostat (the brain of the cooling system). I purchased a BHPH vehicle on January 18, 2008. What a piece of crap it was after the third month. The ABS brakes weren't working so instead of fixing them they disconected them and my Brake Light stays on (still on). Next, the fan belt went and when they towed my car back to there lot the tow truck ruined my alignment on the car. It took them approximate 2 to 3 months to fix it. I receive harassing telephone calls on my job from this company. I work at a church and was told that I should get a ride from the pastor. They left a message in the Senior Pastor's voicemail last night regarding my account. I have run into some financial difficulty recently as may Americans have, but to have the rude and threatening phone calls from CPS does not motivate me to send in a payment any sooner. Something should be done regarding this organizations customer service department (or the lack there of). I was assured by the sales rep (Ryan Kamin) it was all inclusive and asked questions regarding transmission and 4 wheel drive specifically. 13 Nov 08- took vehicle for dealer service at 14530 miles. Was informed front brakes worn. Needed brake kit replacement. Cost $292.33. Authroized work, but complained that excess wear should not exist at that low mileage. Was informed that brake pads are metallic and subject to oxidation if vehicle is not driven frequently. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from Mission Chrysler Jeep I was contacted by the salesman who asked me to return to the dealership. The Finance Manager inputted the wrong VIN number and we had to redo the paperwork. He stated for my trouble Mission would give me $100. Have never seen it! It all Started when I was involved in an accident with my 2008 Honda Ruckus scooter. I dropped off my ruckus at al lamb honda around Sep 22-23. Roughly a month and a week later I get a call saying it ready so I go to pick it up and there is still things that are not fixed.
