On 3/16/2010 I took my Toyota 4Runner to Precision Tune located at 2740 Wesley Chapel Rd., Decatur, GA 30034 for check engine light diagnosis & repair. I've purchased 3 sets of this same model tire (Blizzak WS60) for 3 different cars and the first two sets went bad within the first year. I resently bought a 700R4 transmission from Goodfellastransmission.com. For their advertised price of $1095 for the Hitman package! When I called to find out when the trans would ship, iwas told i would have to purches a torque coverter lock-up kit, and the price would be $100.00, which is not in their advertisement? I purchased a 2007 ford explorer in October of 2007 and have nothing but trouble with the sun visor's the mirror portion it put in so poorly that when I got the vehicle the door over the mirror on the passenger side fell off and the dealer promptly had it fixed then about a year later the drivers sun visor mirror fell out, again the dealer got it replaced. Now just the other day the sun visor mirror has fallen out on the passenger side. For what a new vehicle costs one would think that ford could provide a better sun visor. Once AAA towing arived the drive reconmended that Falcon auto center is contracted with aaa and really does great work. My recent purchasing experience at Brock Ford in Niagara Falls was a complete nightmare. Two different sales associates completely mislead me into thinking I was going to get incentives that they knew I did not qualify for. One of the associates Bill Utting told me I could just use that incentive money as a down payment and I would get it back in a couple weeks knowing full well that I wouldnt. When I expressed my concerns to the manager John Dill I was met with a cocky arrogant attitude and basically told that I was out of luck and that I was just going to have to take the hit. Their ordering system *** you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month. Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund. I was trying to sell a 1999 Saturn SC1 Coupe with only 124, 000 miles on it. Though the car was not in perfect condition, it is listed on Kelley Blue Book as being worth $3, 255. We also have a CarFax report plus all the service records for the life of the car. We took the car to CarCash.Com in New York City. They gave us a quote for $200.00! WHAT A JOKE. On June 4, 2010 I bought a brand new 2010 Ford Escape XLT. 8 days later and 752 km later the cars rear end (both wheels plus axle plus differential) came loose, 2 subframe bolts were missing, 2 other subframe bolts were loose, almost died with my family. I have all the repair work orders and photos. The Ford company and dealership have kept mum about this, Transport Canada has made a report on this horrendous incident. And me I'm stuck with a lemon. My husband purchased (6-8 months ago) a handicapped conversion van from Rollx. It was a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country, equipped with EVERYTHING a handicapped person would need. Purchased 2004 Crown Forklift with shipping. Scott Beadles confirmed in writing year, low hours, new battery, sideshift. I paid in full for forklift as well as shipping. I required pro # to track shipping on the unit. It arrived two weeks lated however the freight company would not release it to me saying it was freight collect and $2, 400 was owed. Attempts to contact Mr Beadles were unsuccessful. I went to the freight company to inspect the forklift and was shocked to find a useless inoperable forklift from the 70's. I took my 1999 Ford explorer to Smith Cairns Ford Dealership in Mt. Kisco NY for an Oil change and to have lighter placed behind the center console panel of the dash where it should have been all along in addition to having the radio antenna replaced.
