I have also booked a Disel Maruti D zire in April 5. On booking the Dealer promised delivery within 1 month of booking . Even the booking amount they took was nowwhere mentioned by the Company - MUL. This is my third maruti car since 1996 i.e i am loyal customer and news and complaint shows that taking advantage on launch of new car and leaving customers to their murcy of the dealers who can harrass the customers who have shown faith & loyalty for Maruti Udyog ltd.

I bought a can of Top cigarette tobacco this morning, the top of the can said:A valuble coupon has been removed. I asked the clerk what happened to the coupon and she said "Oh we don't honor them, we just tear them off and throw them in the trash." She still charged me shelf price for the tobacco, so I figure she made $4.oo profit as the coupons have always been for $2.00 off. I have purchased Tata Indigo Marina in January 1997 from Bharatum Motors, Surat, Gujarat India. This is my first Tata car, before that all I have experience of different models of Maruti/Suzuki.
The power window glass settings required to be attended after every 2-3 months. I am not sure, is this the standard quality of Tata cars?

Pepboys Auto - Rebate
I purchased an oil change (with the assumption that I would get a $10 rebate). When I sent in the rebate with the sales receipt they wrote back and said they didn't get my sales receipt. The rebate form said to make a copy of the rebate form, which I did - but not the receipt - but the copied rebate form had a samll portion of my receipt copied on it (the bar code and #) since it was stapled to it. I was in the process of driving to Las Vegas when my car began to over heat. I pulled off of the freeway and called AAA to have them send a tow truck. When the tow truck showed up, I had him tow me back to Baker since I was only about 10 miles from there.
The shop my car was taken to was Freeway Automotive, right at the end of Baker Blvd. I was then told I would have to stay overnight since they did not have the part I needed there. So I stayed at a cheesy 70's *** flick looking hotel just down the road.

If you have a 2000 Buick Lesabre, please pay close attention, this could affect you.
There is a manufacturing defect with the electrical system for this car that involves 1 or more of the sensors and causes a short.
What it does is, it tends to make the car stall out and die. When the sensor shorts out, it kills the engine. The problem is, while GM knows this issue exists, they will do absolutely nothing to replace the faulty sensor(s).

I'm a manager for a car rental company. I hear and read complaints as to why a customer is charged for damage, extra charges, fuel etc. But yet I see so many customers sign rental contracts without even reading them and NOT inspecting there car before they leave. Upon returning the rental car, An Avis representative advised me he would call me a taxi to the airport. I told him I lived in Costa Rica and needed a taxi less than 3 miles up the road. He told me that would be $10.00. Because I live in CR I know that the meter at most would be less than $5.00 (2500.00 colones). So I declined his taxi and said I would get my own. 150cc Offroad Go Kart
Purchased this offroad go kart and after 2 months the muffler broke off of the welding joints. Before I noticed the welding joints were busted the muffler was also broke at the manifold.
I have made numerous calls, email, and voicemails to their service department with NO response.

Maruti Esteem 2007.
After a small accident ( after 1st service ) at rear bumper, I sent my car for servce. They replace only the top portion of bumper. So the bumper not fully fitted with the body, day by day the gap between the body and the rear bumper increased and looks like a very old vehicle. My daughter purchased a GMC Yukon and was sold a service agreement by Western General. However, though it was in her contract she was not aware of the extent of the agreement. Titan Auto Insurance
Just called Titan to talk about having my rate reduced. Had problems with titan years ago and left to another agency, but went back because need automatic withdrawal and Titan had since added that service. Now back 2 years, service rep on phone absolutely unhelpful with any info regarding having my rate reduced. No accidents or tickets in 10 years. They had just renewed my policy so he said I had to wait 6 months then call back to have my payment plan changed and I could save a whopping $3 per month plus 5%.
