Monday 14 June took vehicle in - exhaust downpipe leaking exhaust fumes into the cabin. Was promised part would be ordered same day and feedback would be given. 7 days later (21 June) still no feedback nor spare. Phoned dealer - ones again i was promised feedback - received none. 21 June complained to Toyota SA - they promised feedback - no feedback received. Service is pathetic. It is dangerous to drive in exhaust fumes. A company the likes of Toyota should be able to send a simple part like this over night for fitment the next day. A scam - stay clear. When I called the rep (Dan, #49) was all sweet and it sounded pretty simple - participate in a gas-use survey and get a $300 gas card. I was trying to sell a 1999 Saturn SC1 Coupe with only 124, 000 miles on it. Though the car was not in perfect condition, it is listed on Kelley Blue Book as being worth $3, 255. We also have a CarFax report plus all the service records for the life of the car. We took the car to CarCash.Com in New York City. They gave us a quote for $200.00! WHAT A JOKE. I recieved a coupon for an oil change special at monroe muffler and we went to the monroe muffler in Altoona, Pa. and we were told that they would not change our oil for at least 3 to 4 days. My co-worker recomended his friends shop when my check engine light came on I took my SUV to GQ auto repair and was told I needed a valve job it runs $1200 but because his friend recommend me the shop would do the job for $900.00. I bought a Kia Carens Car on December 2009, from day one the AC is not working, I contacted the agency and did several maintenance visits but the AC is still not working. Every time I go to the agency they just recharge the freon gas without knowing the reason for leakage and the AC works only few days and then back dysfunctional. The car still did not reach the 10, 000 km. With those several visits to the Kia Motors maintenance and the very bad results, I need to change my car with a brand new one (same model). On Oct 19, 2009 I bought a new Silverado 1500. Worst mistake I ever made. On 10/30/09 I had to take it back to the dealer for sqeealing belts and brakes. They couldn't find anything. I bought two 275/35 19 bridgestone RFT tires from VYC Tires in PA on EBAY on May 18th. The tires they sent me were not the tires I had originally bought. The tires sent were old and worn and uneven tread. I returned the tires and spend $40 on shipping. Also, they charged me a 15 percent re-stocking fee and did not credit me the original shipping of the tires. I lost $100 on this. I called and spoke to Radi and the manager Julio. Took my car in for state inspection. Instead of passing or rejecting the car they enumerated $1, 900 in repairs and told me I had to do them "if I ever wanted to pass VA state inspection." Took it to another inspector. It passed without a single repair being done. Filed a complaint with the VA state police. An inspection is an up or down thing. They can pass or reject you. Their ordering system sucks you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month. Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund. When you call them to try to get a refund, they obfuscate and obstruct, saying essentially, "it's just the way our system works, so it's your problem". I purchased a 2003 BMW in 06-2008 and at the same time purchased a warranty by Auto Services Company. I since then have had to have work done to my car several times most recently within the past 7 days. Our mechanic contacted ASC and he was told that the warranty would not cover the work needed on the car. We then contacted ASC and were told the same thing. We recently took our 2007 Toyota Matrix which has a little over 28, 000 miles in for service because the check engine warming light came on last week. I order a pair of 6x9 speaker enclosures from this company back in April, on the 12th to be exact. They sent an e-mail stating it was shipped on the 13th of April. In 2003 I had purchased a 2003 Caviler from Williams kia in traverse city Michigan. In November of 2005 I had traded it in for 2005 Kia Sedona. Which I would have never done if I knew where I was going to be today.
