I ordered running boards for my new truck over the phone and told the agent that my truck is extended cab. In an effort to help the agent locate this, he asked for a part number. We stopped in this dealership on Aug 22, 2008 to look for a used car & truck. We couldn't see any prices on the vehicles that we were interested in and no salesperson came out to help us. Although the camp is some what new, I attended the adult / child week end program. What I and other parents found it is not what it claims to be. I too have fallen victim to this company that is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. My nightmare began On 8-4-08 whenI ordered an atv from them and was told I would recieve a confirmation email within 24hours. I ordered a keyless remote for my Honda CRV a month ago. My credit card was charged and I received an email that the product was mailed via USPS 1st Class. Nothing has been delivered. All attempts to phone them just get an answering machine stating "all of our techs are out of the office or assisting other customers" with no option to leave a message and with instructions to email them. I rented a car on August 22, 2008 at 8:30am from the above location. My daily rate according to the contract was 169.89 plus tax and a $200.00 deposit which would be credited back to my credit card upon the return of the vehicle. I want to complain about Fiat, in Cancun, Mexico, on the Avenue Yaxchilan. They have been playing loud music from speakers outside their showroom in their lot. We have a 2005 C240 that worked fine until 8/11/08 when it stalled and gave up and we took it to this dealer to be fixed, they changed the catalytic converter and gave it back to us on 8/13/08. Then while driving back home that night we heard a knocking sound which we had never heard before. Scott, the service manager at Gunn Nissan and his helper Jeff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and bordered on sexist toward me. On Aug 1, I rented a car from Toyota Rent A Car, after a minor "fender bender". I had it from Aug 1 at 5:23PM until Aug.2 at 4:30PM. I was charged $60.93 (including tax). I bought the top of the line extended warranty that Pikes Peak Acura offers, but so far I had to pay $330.00 for faulty equipment. I paid a lot of money for ths warranty service, and I feel that the warranty should have covered these repairs. Since July, 2008, Rinehart Chrysler Dodge has not been able to fix my 2004 Crossfire that THEY sold me. The latest word from them is that a representative from Daimler Chrysler is flying in to see what can be done. They refused a loaner car without charge. i went to get my oil change on 5-06-08 and about a month and a half later the brakes started to seem like they needed to be replaced so i took it in and the guys had it up on the lift for 3 minutes and asked where i had the oil changed last the "trained tech." at valvoline had put windshield washer fluid in my brake fluid which has distroyed my braking system and now i have to replace everything at a cost of 3200.00 for my 2003 jaguar xtype so a $70 oilchange turned into a lot more due to there negligence and now valvoline is refusing any responsiblity for anything without even looking under the hood. read full review »

Car loan was taken from HSBC in sept'02 over 60 installments. After paying off 58 installments, last 2 cheques were not presented by hsbc for clearance. Innumerable phonecalls followed by & a letter couriered to the manager at mumbai main branch (on 17/4/08) have had absolutely no response from the bank. Problems with the steel rim (15x5.5 wheels) weld failing on 1998 Ford Windstar vans...it's not a fluke, we're on our third wheel. The weld fails causing air to leak...resulting in a slow leak, and a perpetually low tire. No remedy but to buy new wheels.
