I live in Waterloo and own a 2002 Chrysler Mini Van - Yesterday when I went to grab the front edge of the hood to open it a large piece @ 2" by 3" crumbled in my hand. Midas 18783 N. 83rd Ave. Peoria, AZ 85382 (623)376-0188. My 21 year old daughter took her car to midas to have the rear end seal replaced in her 67 Mustang. They replaced it with the wrong seal. It continued to leak, she called and they told her that it wasn't the seal, they said she needed a new rear end. My Dad died on may 1st, he owned a Cadillac deville on a lease program. At the time of his death the car was at the dealership being fixed. a $500 deductible needed to be paid at the time. I have a 2002 BMW 330i convertible. Yesterday (7/20/2007) I was driving on an expressway in Baltimore, Md when my car stalled. I have a used truck that I bought as a never damaged truck. I have had to get the from straighten and a wheel that has a flat place in it, always have complained about this to the dealer, recessively I had some warranty work done which they replaced the fuel pump. Several weeks after my wife dropped off a car rented from County Car Rental our American Express was charged for $1200 for damages. When the car was rented several areas were noted on the rental agreement showing damages that had occurred prior to the rent agreement. I recently purchased a CBZ extreme on March 15, 2007. There is already a rust on the bike. When I complained to the service department of Hero Honda they referred me to the sales department, who after inspecting state they cannot rectify it. This is sheer manufactures defect and not mine. Don't get sucked into the FORD e-payment system. They send you one e-mail and no further reminders so if you trash that e-mail or it goes to your junk mailbox, you will end up with a late payment and they won't do anything about it. Most companies notify you in the sign up screen with the option of receiving both notices (mail and e-mail). Ford doesn't. Their legal gibberish tells you they will only send you one notice. I went to the ALTA Nissan dealer at Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada to buy a car by trading in my old car. The sales agent called William Wou, used the Nissan website calculator to explain the monthly payment to me and then asked me to sign the contract and pay deposit. After I went home, I found out that calculator on the Nissan web site deducted the tax for the downpayment. It shouldn't be used for calculating the trade-in value of my old car because the trade-in value should be tax-free. This sales agent cheated me. I have a very bitter experience with the service of TATA SUMO victa they have a very poor after sale services at Port Blair authorized service station and no back up of spares with dealer, though my vehicles in still in the guarantee period they have charged for the tighting of u bolt of the vehicle and they don't have any skilled mechanics and they never failed to rectify the fault. It is my humble request that this matter should be dealt seriously and a service engineer should be permanently posted to this islands as there is plenty of TATA vehicles available. On May 9, 2007 my 03 Corvette had a dead battery. I live in CA and keep the vett at a friend's house in Clermont, FL. My friend took the car to Bill Seidle Chevrolet and told them to replace the battery. The garage told my friend that the vehicle would need a dx test. My friend knows minimal about cars and agreed.
