I am planning to buy New Hyundai Getz1.1 GVS at Indore but the dealer is quoting Rs11,5oo/- approx. more than the price quoted by the company on net ex showroom at indore. I heard a radio commercial advertising a "$16,000 dollar PT Cruiser for $9,900 with several available" I was interested because it would cover my negative equity. Because it sounded too good to be true I called and talked to a sales person. I explained my situation to the sales person over the phone and I asked specifics. Last December I have purchased Indigo LS from Kottayam Kerala. I got a complaint with the remote locking system and took the car to the dealer M/s. St. Antony's Motors India Ltd. Kottayam. The man in charge has issued a Job Card No. 9316 dated 19.9.2007. One hour later he told me that the Remote Lock System (MINDA) service person is not available now and will be sent next day to my premises to repair it. The company this complaint is about is for a Coast to Coast Transmissions. They also go under the name of Nations Transmissions, or Transmissions-1.com. I had a problem which seemed to be a transmission problem. I talked to them specifically with about what would happen if it was not a transmission problem. They charged a S17 fee to find that out. When the transmission was not the problem, they said they did not get involved in it and to call the repair facility directly. I did so, paid the repair facility, and paid the tow charge. Currently I have more than 1 vehicle insured by Badger Insurance Company in Illinois. A recent incident happened to cause damage to 2 of the fully covered autos. One of my vehicles rolled backward (no one in either vehicle) into the other, thus causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Upon having the vehicles transported to a Collision Center I was informed that the body work would be done to both vehicles but the company would not cover matching paint-trim to one of the vehicles. I took my van in to Meineke, on June 8, 2007, to have an ongoing oil leak repaired. This wasn't the first time I took my van in to Meineke for a leak. Meineke had already replaced every hose you can imagine, water pump, radiator, manifold gasket set, and now they recommended I have my oil gasket and transmission gasket replaced. I took it in to have this done on June 8, 2007. Paid 678.46 for the repair. The next day had a worse oil leak. Took it back To Meineke on Monday. When we received a notice our 2003 Cadillac was NOT going to be supplied with OnStar service effective December 2007, we purchased enough telephone minutes to last until that time. Recently, with over 100 minutes left on our telephone, you WITHDREW our minutes--without any notice. Now, we learn they had to be renewed by a certain date--or we'd lose the existing minutes. I received an oil change at NTB location (766) in Sachse Texas in May of 07. In June, my car broke down. After taking it to the Honda Dealer, they found a towel installed inside my evap drain, which cause water to spill onto my ECM, requiring it to be replaced which cost $827.97. The tech obviously shoved a towel up in the drain to keep the water from dripping on him while he changed my oil. I do have the towel that was used. I discovered that there is a recall on defective springs which were broken and replaced for free, however, after a $200 repair on defective sway bars.
