Was charged almost $300.00 for work that was not not done. Charged for fluids changed and when I got home and checked... motor oil was black, transmission fluid was low, brake fluid low...These were some of the things that they charged for stating that all fluids were drained and replaced... Had 2 visits to Perrys in the last couple of years. Latest one last week when I called in on the way to work as my battery light had come on, suspecting either an alternator or battery fault. I specifically told the service rep I was in a hurry and wanted a diagnosis and would book the car in at a later date. The rep mentioned my car had a handbrake recall and they would do this on the day for me. I explained I didn't have time and that too could be done at a later appointment. A customer of Liberty Mutual totaled my car 17 months ago, on June 17, 2008. The police, two witnesses, the woman who hit us AND Liberty Mutual admitted full liability. They paid Kelly Blue Book on the car their customer totaled. But they refuse to compensate me for lost wages, injuries or medical bills. I finally had to hire a lawyer, and they have dragged their feet every step of the way. The lawyer walked into mediation, admitted full liability for the accident on the part of his client. The car was advertised on internet. Called them anbout the car . Car was reserved with the view if I like the car I'll purchase it.A deposit was of £500 was made by my credit card. I also prepared the Banker's draft as a method they suggested to pay the full amount if I like the car. Went down to see the car, we drve 75 miles . I took my vehicle to the dealer for an engine nock. After performing $800 worth of repairs and diagnosis I was told that I needed a new engine. The problem was significant enough that they should have been able to diagnose the problem without the unnecessary repairs that ran up my bill. The dealer did an engine flush, replaced two sets of lifters, and then check the rod bearings. The actual problem was a the main bearing. The end play on the crank shaft was out by 0.030. I took my 1992 Toyota Celica to Chris Sutton towing & Repair on 04-14-09 for an oil lead to be diagnosed. I spoke to him on 04-16-09 and he said he had to order a seal from toyota and was waiting on it to come in. He also was authorized to replace a timing belt and an outside seal on the oil pump and inspection. After numerous calls to find out when it would bve done he said to pick it up on 04-21-09. the work was paid for and the check was cashed for $369.94. On March 1st, 2009 my 2008 Titan was hit we took the truck to E & J AutoBody to get repaired they did such a bad jpb that we had to take the truck back to thwm on five different occasions the insurance company finally said take the truck to another shop to get the work done correctly no other body wanted to work on the truck because of poor work. E & J Autobody had paint overspray evereywhere they damaged the door, the fender and didnot replace the bumperpaid to repair. On The 14/04/2009, Bought a car from CamperUK based in lincoln, the sales person was so nice to me and i was taken in by their service and actually bought the car for 750!!! they promised 6 months tax and a fresh MOT on it. told them i wanted to pick up the car on the 16th and they said no problem..called me back the next day told me that could not pick up the car because of the MOT and works needs to be done. I have purchased a number of cars from this dealership and I have to tell you that my last purchase was horrible. Their fiance people are the number one scam artist. We had totaled our car (that we had purchased from them) about 4 months after having the car. So we had to purchase a new car again. I took my 95 F-150 in because I was told by my regular mechanic that 2nd gear was going bad. Matt the employee told me after they done there test that I needed to repair all of the transmission. I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra, approx 61, 000 miles. The right front bearing have gone out. I contacted toyota and was told that item is covered under the powertrain warranty. Too bad for me that warranty is only 60, 000 miles, eventhough I am only about 1, 200 miles over the warranty toyota would not help me out. I ordered a car from Auto Lusso in April 2007 and paid a £1, 000 deposit. They stated that the car would be delivered to the UK in May 2007. I therefore sold my existing car and borrowed my fathers. For the whole of 2007 and until May 2008 Auto Lusso could not confirm when this car would be built! I eventually, after having been extremely patient with them, was forced to cancel the order. On 13.10.09 I took my motorbyke to the service workshop and asked all the complaints to the supervisor available there. after service and defect attention, still having problems regarding headlight, brake light, oil leakage from drain bolt and less average. Bought their warranty on April 2008 through a used car dealership. My transmission failed and now they dont want to pay for it. According to them there was an alteration in my car before i bought it hence voided the warranty that they sold me. I went to this repair garage to repair my volkswagan polo car lock we agreed a quote £30-40 max and we agreed that he would phone me if the price was different after open the car door. he didn't call me instead repaired the lock system with a 'new' so he says! handle which doesn't even match the car colour. Walton Motors (Charlie) sold us a Renault Picasso in march 09. He said it was in excellent condition and would come with a 12 warranty. When the car arrived we found the back shelf was missing and the rear wiper blade non-exsistant (Odd as they just gave it a new MOT). Ordered and paid for on the internet. Received an invoice confirming payment with their address and phone number. Waited for 10 days with nothing being delivered and then tried phoning and emailing. Have not had a reply to any of the email (approx 8 sent) and the phone is reported as "Temporarily out of order". I have searched the internet and found out that Bikerstuff is also associated with Bikers-shop and Bikersweb (Bikersweb is the party that took my money acording to my credit card details). Car failed emissions test on MOT and was taken to this garage for repair, as claimed to be engine diagnostic specialist. After holding on to my car for a week and a half (too late for free MOT re-test) charged me £146.20 for a new lambda sensor, labour to re-wire car and £15 for a fuel additive. Took car to be re-tested and still failed on same emission problem! In this apartment complex I pay alot of rent and my tires from my car were stolen, this is the seventh car this month that has happened Im really concerned and scared. I feel like no one listens to me the gate from our community is not working and anyone at any time can go in with out any security. On a trip my van began to over heat. Since my family was on an out of town trip I stopped at the first garage we found open. Which happen to be a BP Procare Automotive Service Center. The mechanic looked my car over and told me that it would cost $509.33 to fix. He stated that I needed a new radiator and thermostat.
