Ultimate Car Deals/Cashonlyauto.com
the413kid June 2, 2009
Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and their were numerous problems with the SUV I purchased at which time I did not know the odometer was broken. The next day I called Ultimate Car Deals to notify them of the broken odometer and I was told not to worry because of the age of the car there will not be a problem. The first time I took the vehicle to my mechanic to have tune-up performed and their other repairs that were necessary. I told the mechanic to call the Warranty company to determine what was covered. The... read full review »

Purchased and 2006 HD Softail from this outletin August 2008. It took them 7 months to supply title and bill of sale. They still have not supplied the keys or other items advertised along with the sale. It is now June 2009 and am still chasing them for the other parts. They find every excuse under the sun to avoid completing the sale. If contemplating buying from this company DO NOT PAY UP FRONT and make sure you INSPECT the items before paying any money. They will keep promising that items are coming in - but they never seem to appear. read full review »

Sommerset Auto Rentals
Rick June 2, 2009
The Buisiness I'm complaining about is a car rental place called "Sommerset Auto Rentals" on U.S. highway 1 south in North Brunswick, New Jersey. I rented a car from them to get to make a round trip to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina on new years eve of 2006-2007 to compete in a 5K running race. They charged me for 4 days when I only used the car for 3.Two weeks before I rented the car I pointed to a bicycle I owned that I rode there with and specifically asked "will THAT bicycle fit into THEE car that I will be renting" and... read full review »

Drive Financial Dallas, Texas
S. Cedeno June 2, 2009
I have asked Drive Financial not to call my work place, because I was getting in trouble for their calls. They have not only continued to call my work place, but have disclosed information to the attorney that I work for. They also lied and said that I had put my work number as my home number. I will now get a hold of the Attorney General and file a legal complaint against them. I could get fired for these type of calls at my job, but they do not care. We always take their calls when we are home. Unfortunately we have a son who is very ill... read full review »

Bommarito
Jim June 2, 2009
I purchased a 2004 Grand Prix from Bommarito in April 2006. I originally purchased the car with an extended warranty, and after having the car for only 72 hours I decided that the price of the warranty did not justify what I was getting, so I called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman in the finance department and told him I wanted to cancel it. He told me that would not be a problem, but the money would have to go on the back end of our loan because they had already sent out paperwork off to the credit union we financed with. This was my first time buying a car. read full review »

Claims not honored
harried June 1, 2009
I was involved in an accident in November 2008. Auto that hit me was insured by United Auto Insurance. Driver went to jail DWI. My car was totalled. Several months after the wreck they decided the vehicle was stolen and refused to pay. No record of stolen vehicle when the accident happened and police responded to accident. Still can't get any settlement. They have the car and do not respond to my insurance co so they can pay under UI portion of insurance. read full review »

Jenny Global Trading inc
dubtech2 June 1, 2009
Early November 2008 I was looking for an engine and stumbled across a trust worthy company called Jenny Global Trading. I had sent an email to them with a request for an engine. They had sent me back a quote for $375.00 and $140 for shipping. I had called the next day to place an order and wanted to pay with a visa but had been told sorry at this time for the next few months visa or any other credit cards were not accepted. Now this seemed fishy to me and then did a little research online and seemed to find little bad about this company at the... read full review »

Had rental reservation told they would pick me up. They did not then told me they did not have a car. Overall attitude there is Rude! Asked a few normal questions in no manner was I mad even though I did not have a car. The person on the other end got mad and told me not to bother to visit as he would not rent to me. I recommend not renting from them as it appears they say one thing, and then when it is time to pick up the car change what they say. Customer Service apparently is not part of their vocabulary. read full review »

Honda Tewksbury
CTPark June 1, 2009
Today I went to Honda Tewksbury to shop around for the right car. I was astounded by the rudeness and insincerity of one of the sales representatives there. His first statement as I got in to test drive was, "I have little time for you because I have another customer." The test drive was unpleasant in the extreme because of his unprofessional comments. As we headed back to the dealer, I hit the brakes to avoid hitting a rabbit and he responded to me by saying, "Don't worry, it is only a wild rabbit." I'd hate to base... read full review »

Saturn Vehicles

I own a 2004 Saturn Vue and I love it, however try to get it worked on!! I live in Cortez, Colorado and there is nobody here that can work on a Saturn of any kind. I have to travel 4 hours to have work done because even though it is a GM product, Chevrolet does not know anything about the Saturn and has no manuals on it. I have to have a DCM component put in and only a Saturn Dealership can install it and program it. So I have to drive the 4 hours without stopping due to this problem, I have no idea if it will start again because it has alot... read full review »

I am having a problem with an insurance co. Safe Auto. My son was involved in an accident 02-02-07. He was rear-ended by a Safe Auto customer. We had to wait for the police report to come in before we could make a repot. The officer did not release this information to us. I received the report 10 days later and called Safe Auto Tue. 02-13-07 and spoke with a Chris Tate who took the report. First Auto Care
Ian June 1, 2009
Admittedly, I have an old car – a 1995 Buick Riviera with a supercharged engine, which still looks practically new and is by no means a “junker”. It’s still a beautiful car by most people’s standards. It only has around 96, 000 miles on it as a 13 year old car. Granted, I have a different mindset about cars than many. I buy a nice car I really love (in the semi-luxury range) and virtually keep it until it falls apart into a pile of rubble. Then I buy another nice car I love and do the same. I maintain it... read full review »

I purchased a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta from Best Choice Motors. Prior to the purchase, I was assured a full engine check-performance check had been conducted and the vehicle had no problems. Less than a week later, the vehicle would not run. I immediately contacted the dealer and explained the situation. The dealer just laughed and told me there was nothing he would do. After much discussion, and my telling him I would contact the local media, he relunctantly said I could have it towed back to them and they would look at it..They later contacted... read full review »

Fenway Auto Park/ Automile Wholesalers
bob82 June 1, 2009
I wish I had seen this site and ripoffreport two years ago when I dealt with these guys. I was scammed by them, so were others. The car I bought had a tire welded to the axle, failed inspection, and after about a week stopped running altogether. New Hampshire has very little to protect the consumer by law so NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A CAR IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ANYWAY!!! Having said that my complaints were met with sarcasm from the owners of the company, who are named Bob and George Kalil, make sure they have nothing to do with the company you buy your next car from. They're walking piles of garbage who belong in prison. read full review »

Same as everyone else who was taken by this group. I sent in my $5.00 and for five months set in $100 worth of gas receipts and received nothing back. I contacted them and she assured me that there was a mix up and it would soon be in the mail ($25 for each submission). I may be dumb, but I'm not stupid, so I quit all together. Another Saturn Vue 2003 transmission bites the dust, and yet another person that will NEVER EVER by another Saturn again... Hell I tempted to not recognize Saturn as a planet. I can get it replaced for anywhere between $3800 - $4800. I only owe just under $5000, I hate this car. Stay away from Saturn car, SUV's, trucks, and planet... If there is a group action lawsuit to make them pay for these transmissions, let me know so I can be added. read full review »

I was involved in an auto accident late afternoon on a Friday. A vehicle moved from the right lane, across mine and stopped suddenly half in my lane and the turn lane. There were 2 small children in car seats that were not even awakened in the accident. There was a late teen female in the passenger seat and another female driver. I inquired as to their condition. I took my car in on 5/27/2009 and asked them to inspect my brakes. Upon inspecting them I was told that I needed new pads AND rotors immediately in the front and in the back they had 15-20% left. Somehow this didnt sit well with me because of my low mileage so I took it to a reputable mechanic. After that mechanic inspected them I was told that my front brakes were only 50% worn and my rear ones were only 60% worn. Clearly, there was a descrepancy here so if I were you Id use your own judgement as to what you as a potential customer feels about that.
