Americore/ECUDrect
jrandallm May 11, 2009
On January 5, 2009, I authorized Americore to charge my employer's credit card for $299.95, Americore's advertised price for rebuilding the ECU from my company's 2000 Dodge Ram 3500 V-8 van. Americore advertised the average turnaround time for this service to be 48 hours. Although Americore's site also advertised free UPS ground shipping, I was told when I placed the order that by this promise Americore meant return shipping only, and that my company would be required to pay the cost of shipping our Dodge ECU to it... read full review »

Nationwide Auto Glass
Brad May 11, 2009
An individual named Rashidi working for this company replaced the windshiled on my Audi with non spec aftermarket glass instead of Audi glass . I did not realize how bad a job he did for a couple of days because he stated that the tape he had placed around the seals had to remain on for a couple of days. Once removed, it was obvious that the job was not professional and the glass was not a good fit for my car. There were gaps on either side of the glass between the molding and the windshield frame of the car. He had also filled the gaps with... read full review »

New Tires
Carolyn Hill May 11, 2009
I am almost 64years old and have shop at Wal-Mart for years. In fact I work for Sams Wholesale Club for several years and I know that the people pay your salary. If it were not for us that shop there you would not have a job! On April the 17 I had New Tires installed on my car. I don't really go much, but a week or so after the tires were installed I had to get on the freeway to go to the doctor and got the car to 60mile an hour and it began to shimmy. I had bought the life time balanceing so therefore I took the car back to Wal-Mart... read full review »

Castle Hyundai
T.J.Walls May 10, 2009
Castle Hyundai promotes when you buy a Hyundai from them that they provide tires for the life of the car. They tell you that if you bring your car back to them for "all" service, they will provide " free" tires for the life of the car. I purchaced a Hyundai Tuscan from them in May of 2006 and my tires had to be "bald" before they would put new tires on my car. It took me 2 1/2 years and 40, 000 + miles to get the tires and couple of really bad skids in the rain. My wife purchaced a 2007 Hyundai Accent in September of... read full review »

I have a very similar/exact story as david42581 of Jupiter, Florida -- See /URL removed/ I entered an agreement with Jaguar Central (Mike Cummins) to purchase a fully/restored 1966 XKE in January 2007. Car was delivered to me in June 2007. Mike Cummins and I went over an initial inspection of the car. Car was delivered with obvious problems. I could not drive the car because it would not hold a charge (obvious short in the electrical system). In addition, the front suspension not assembled correctly, there was a large oil leak at the... read full review »

Toyoat Tundra
Kelly Sanders May 9, 2009
I bought a 2008 Toyota Tundra from them. I took it to a Toyota Dealership to have it checked out and have the check engine light turned off. The Toyota service dept found that there were 2 incorrect catalytic converters welded in place of two factory converters. This is what was causing the check engine light. Texas Liquidators told me that it was just a lose connection on a sensor. Also the power mirrors had the wrong switch, so the mirrors did not work either. read full review »

I brought my car into the servicing center to get a window fixed (which was suppose to be covered threw my warrenty) but they told me when i purchased the car, it had a after market window, so the warrenty wouldnt cover. The manager called me and explained that since my car was already at 75k mile I needed to get what he called "a big service" done. He quoted me $1, 282 totoal. Im a single mom, and work hard for my money so I figured I would shop the parts around to find the best price, unfortunately this interferred with the manager... read full review »

Hertz Car & Truck Rental
Polly May 9, 2009
This rental car site is terrible. The manager Juan provides terrible customer service and is quite condescending. I have had to rent from this site twice and both times were disastrous. The first time, they actually sent us to take the car for an oil change! We were an hour late due to this delay. This time, we were two hours late because of Juan. He did not listen to me as I was talking to him, as he had his friends on speaker phone. He sent us out with the wrong car, and when we returned to get the problem fixed, he was rude, dismissive and generally difficult to deal with. I will never rent from there again. read full review »

My experience with Miller Toyota in Culver City, California. On March 12, 2009 my mother and I went to Miller Toyota in Culver City, California to ask how much it would be to pay off the Lease on a 2007 Yaris. We were met by a Hector Medina in which we told him that we needed information about paying off the Yaris we were riding in. He told us he could help us and asked us in. At his desk he asked me to fill out a Vehicle Credit Application For Purchase or Lease. I didn't understand why he just could not look up on his computer at the... read full review »

Luis Sanchez hit me on May 1, 2009. Texas State Tooper came to the site of the wreck. The DPS officer ticketed Luis Sanchez and told him he was at fault. YET, his insurance company Mercury County Mutual refuses to fix my car. They are forcing me to either get a lawyer or go through my insurance company. I will be getting the lawyer. Thrifty Car Sales
Rich May 9, 2009
Beware buying from Thrify Car Sales of Clearwater, Florida. The vehicle we purchases was promised to be fixed of minor problems in a specified amount of time with no cost under dealer and automaker warranty. The vehicle was worked on by their "master mechanic", and we picked the vehicle up noticing the same problems as before. We had to make another appointment, which Thrifty asked us to drop the vehicle off at a specied date. Thrifty then called me to inform me that the parts are no longer under warranty and the specified... read full review »

I purchased a used 1894 Lincoln Continental on June 30 th 2006 from Abdulla Aldhulay for my granddaughter and within 12 hrs the check engine light came on. All fluids were checked and nothing appeared to be wrong so we assumed it needed an oil change because the oil was dirty and planned to take it in for one on Friday. On Wed, day 5 of owning the vehicle it overheated and broke down. When towed to the mechanic he said it blew a head gasket and also a large whole in the radiator. It was bought without a guarantee but I feel that since he kept... read full review »

Even though he should not have parked there, you have a major scam going with the Taco Bell corporate office of which you towed from Kanasa City, MO out to Raymore in some dump of a place. The Kokomo Swifty Gas Station is a "feeding frenzy" when their prices are lower than other stations. Patrons have to unsafely get in line on U.S. 31 to await their turn into the station. There is no one in charge of those people patiently waiting in line for their turn, nor anyone who polices it. The attendants pay no attention to vehicles who "cut in line" and the patrons are getting upset. Bigger cities have shootings over this type of occurrence.
