I work at a university and ordered toner from HP.com and received it the next day. The condition of the packaging was unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't know who to blame, HP or Fed Ex, but more likely Fed Ex. I attached a picture of the packaging AS IT ARRIVED. I didn't sign for the package but heard that the Fed Ex delivery person shrugged it off when questioned about the packaging. They claim they have a recorded phone conversation of me agreeing to get a computer on November 22, 2010. I'm disabled and on a very limited income. Hi, I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 2 years back. Its right hinge screen is breaking apart. Now it seems that is a design issue with the product and lots of people have the same issue. Lenovo customer reps are even admitting to this when we call them, but for this to be fixed the laptop needs to be in warranty. If this is a design issue, shouldn't lenovo issue a recall and fix it? It is not my fault. I can't afford a new laptop, but because of lenovo's bad design i may have to take a loan and purchase a new laptop. I find it ironic that Dyson has come out with a pet hair attachment, considering my vacuum recently began gathering hair in the belt department which results in the vacuum overheating and shutting down. I've had vacuums for 30 years and have never had a problem like this.
