We bought new washer and dryer with the brick! When we pick-up and installed it it was loud and noisy so we called the brick and they sent a tech to look! The tech pummeled the side of the dryer and the loud noise was gone but the very new dryer was dented! We complained and they offered us $75 credit!we don't want the credit we want the new dryer because its just fair to get what we paid for! They said that is all they can do! Becarefull of HTC service center in Bangkok at Rama 9 intersection. I had bad experince with this HTC service center. They just damaged my P3300 when I bring this to them to rplace the body parts only. My Acer Aspire 9410 laptop was just what I was looking for UNTIL the part that receives the power cord came unsoldered from the motherboard during the first year that I owned it. Acer happily repaired the part by resoldering it. (Too late to be covered, I realized that my CD portion of the laptop did not work after the repair!) DO NO buy Acer monitors... Their support technicians are useless when it come to fixing the monitor issue with no power on and Acer logo flashing during initial turn on the monitor power.
