Found a place called SHARCNET-USA who was very helpful and they repaired my unit and had it back to me in less than a week. We have three Samsung Blackjack II phones and have run into a problem with the way that Samsung represents their products. The phones all function with no problems, and this is not a warranty issue. I had a new lobster boat built and took delivery of the vessel in December 2009. The Garmin system has not functioned correctly since day one. The boat builder and Garmin have been to my boat on several occasions but have failed to fix the problems.
