The service provider is a printers repair and servicing shop. One HP PSC 1210 series printer was given for servicing as it was not used for some time. The printer was as such in working condition. After more than a month and repeated follow up the printer was returned after charging INR 250 as service charge. The issue is not so much with the website, but with the service provided. I mailed an old cell phone for repair approximately 3 weeks ago, and have gotten no response from this firm. Email inquiries to the site bounce back, and their phone number appears to be disconnected. Doesn't give one a lot of confidence that the company even exists. I purchased a 37" LCD TV from KBM Electronics, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi on 15th November 2009. On 3rd August 2010, the picture went blank and we registered a complaint. I purchased a laptop from misco.co.uk back in june 2010, with a cashback offer attached to it. I bought Iomega 1TB portable hard drive on 9/2009. The drive came in defective. I called the retailer and they replaced it. This 1st replacement worked until 3/2010 - then stopped working and I lost 50 GB of data.
