This my second complaint that Pandwill willing sold defective ipad wall chargers. They received almost one million dollars in sales of ipad accessories 50% are untested and defective. These items are for export with duty and postage fees that do not make it cost effective to return. There are no return shipping labels and management claims returns are to many addresses. Our Sony Bravia XBR 52 inch TV purchased 12/08 went out so we called for service. It turns out the LCD panel is out, which means we need to purchase a new TV. When speaking with Sony's customer service, it turns out they will only offer us a discount price of $1, 500 plus tax on a new TV. We only have 1 week to decide. I purchased a HP Pavilion computer in May 2010. It worked fine for a few months. Suddenly, it would boot up, but anytime I typed something on the keyboard, it would automatically shut the cmoputer down. Blow Hot is an Indore based company, selling gas stoves. I bought a 4 burner stove from their counter in the Trade Show at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. They came and installed it, but didn't give me the bill as they had to provide me with an extra attachment. The extra attachment never came, nor the bill, and within days, the knobs of the burners got detached, 2 of the burners stopped working. Dell cancelled my order 4 times and it took many phone calls - to credit card company to assure them, yes, I had moved, then to Dell to assure them of the same thing, for the order to go through.
